The room wasn't clean or nice. The furniture was extremely dated, the chairs were uncomfortable, there were not enough dishes in the kitchen, nor were there appropriate pans for cooking. The bathroom was gross. The shower curtian and around the tub was moldy. Very gross.

Location was amazing, hot tubs are great.

I wish there was oil to cook with as it is not worth it to buy oil for a two/three night stay. It wasn't directly in the downtown area, you had to drive. However we only ever went downtown for dinner and we always managed to get free parking.

We liked that there was a kitchen, private bathroom, bedroom and living/dining area. The chopping board, frying pan, salt and pepper in the kitchen were appreciated. The location was good, free street parking after 5pm on weekdays and free street parking all weekend.

We like the property but the unit we stayed in need some upgrades. It has a small tv which needs to be upgraded to a larger Smart tv. The portable fan that was supplied is not working. The fridge was not working properly (not cold enough) and was leaking. The garburator is not working properly as the water went down very slowly even with it on. Supplies were minimal. Had to ask for more kitchen towels and oven mitts. Would be nice to have a few more utensils such as steak knives and an ice cream scoop. The mattress on the sofa bed needs to be replaced. You could feel the coils on the surface of the mattress when you laid on it. It was very uncomfortable. The table and chairs are high, obtrusive for the space and uncomfortable. Jets in 2 of the hot tubs on the property do not work effectively- no power.

The pool. The hot tubs. The showers in the exercise room. The location. Staff were helpful and quick to respond. Quiet room.

Wish the unit had air conditioning. It was very warm at nighttime and if we kept the windows open, the noise from the pool made it difficult to sleep.

The corner suite was perfect, with views of the ski slope and pool, and access to the pool was very ideal. Very quick walk to Blackcomb Village.

Not sure about the master bathroom, but the general bathroom's faucets are confusing to say the least.. There's no endpoint to either hot or cold faucet handles for the sink, so it took a while to get the proper water temp and to close them. Also water pressure not strong. Didn't use shower, so not sure what it was like.

There's a free shuttle bus (#5) that's just outside the property and it can take you to the Blackcomb and Whistler villages. There's parking available, but is 20$ per night per vehicle, but there's in-and-out priviledges. Lots of fans if you're staying in summer. Can also leave the windows/patio door open as there's bug screens on all of them. Beds really comfy!

The front desk who checked us in did not provide a clear direction on how to get to the Aspen location. She did not specify how we could get our parking pass, she told us the wrong price for the pass. We checked in at La Chamois location, she didn’t direct us how to get to aspen location.
