The staff are very friendly & professional. Check in was quick & easy. The rooms are super clean & well stocked. They could use an update but they are certainly not run down. I believe they are in the process of updating the rooms. The included breakfast has many choices & lots of seating.

The breakfast "hot items" like the breakfast sandwich was a bit too cooled down to eat but was still okay. Looking for an ice machine on the 8th floor was not found, so we didn't know which floor might have an ice machine. The TV channels with remote were somewhat difficult to get working, and the remote volume button wasn't working.

The room was very clean and convenient, the breakfast was a good selection of food and people were very friendly and accommodating. We were able to get to our location easily and overall experience was very good.

Check-in was seamless. Reservations desk attendees were personable, jovial, and patient. Parking is concise - remember to put your permit in your window! (If you need to turn around in the underground, it's a 3+ point turn.) Room was very clean and comfortable, spacious and welcoming. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offers gluten-sensitive choices. (Ask for gluten-free bread!) All staff with whom we interacted were friendly and truly seemed to enjoy their work. We will definitely book here again!

There's nothing for shopping around it and also if you are a nature beloved person this will not help at all.

We booked a queen studio and it was so perfect will all the basic amenities included. The best part was balcony which really give me very lively feel. And also a great location for tourists. Too many food place are just on 2-3 min walk and also parliament hill is even on walking distance. Parking facilities was also provided for $20 per night . And also great breakfast service was included. All in all it's a great place to stay in Ottawa for a leisure trip.

1. Nice location. There are a lot of restaurants and stores, and if you don't have issues walking, all the POI are near. 2. My family loved the room. A lot of space. Comfortable beds, even a recliner chair. 3. Free laundry that safe our day. (Something that we were not expecting to be used it initially) 4. If you have a vehicle, call them and ask for the parking details. You will save a lot in parking expenses if your plan is to visit the city POIs. 5. Everything is well documented. If you have doubts/questions, even the personnel at midnight are available to change a microwave. 6. Staff is well trained and kind.

I would have love for there to be free parking besides that the hotel upgrade should be continuous to have more modern facilities, Though they were renovating while I visited the first time. I would also like to visit more frequently if there would be better discounts than what you presently have.

The Staff were very accommodating and flexible. Always there to help with any questions. the food was great with many variety. The location was perfect for what I came to do. The apart was excellent for my family size and the price was value for money. Overall it is a great place for family and Friends and we had a great experience there . Thank you all for a great service.

Nothing that I can think of. Very happy with all facilities, and the accommodation was very spacious, the stay exceeded initial expectations.

Al facilities were excellent including the breakfast which was plentiful! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, this was a very pleasant stay and exceeded expectations. Excellent value for money!

The gym feels like a bit of an afterthought and doesn't have a lot of equipment. It's a lot better than not having a gym, though.

The Business Inn is just so convenient -- it's in a great location, they provide breakfast, you get a kitchen, and they have a laundry room (with soap!) and a gym. They even give you a desktop computer and printer in the room. The staff is really nice, too.

The staff were super friendly and helpful! The rooms were a great size, very clean, and comfortable. Being next to the elevator, sometimes there was some noise I could hear from the hallway, but nothing that was too bothersome. The location was perfect being just a short walk from restaurants, parliament, university, etc. Overall a great and convenient stay for the price.

The TV set did not work but i didn't care about it, as I was only staying for one night. It might have been me who didn't know how to use the remote.The service was excellent, nothing to complain about as far as I am concerned.

Clean and spacious studio with an actual office and computer station. Excellent cleanliness, very comfortable bed, well situated hotel, close to all amenities, quiet and well equipped. Generous breakfast with a lot of choice. Highly recommend this hotel for the business traveler, solos and couples. Smooth checking. I was also accommodated for early checking, early check out. I appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff.
