It looked unkempt: carpets in the hallway were stained, bedroom furniture was old and unattractive, the television did not work, the comforter did not look clean.

It provide a quick exit from the highway.

The lighting was poor as there is no light where the bed is. Lights are only in the bathroom and the entry way thus making it dark where the bed is.

I like the location of the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the staffs were friendly.

Pillows were too small, the toilet didn't sit on the flange properly so it rocked back and forth with some water spilling from behind

Not particularly the cleanest and the staff was neither friendly nor unfriendly but seemed rather indifferent. Breakfast that my husband had was not very good.

The facility is somewhat 'worn', hallways dark/dreary and carpet worn, although appeared clean. Floors in room were 'sticky' in places indicating they had not been cleaned or cleaned (washed) properly. The breakfast options were limited but sufficient although the toasters did not work properly.

The bed was comfortable, and room appeared clean. There was easy access from highway. Staff were courteous/helpful.

We thought it was pricey for the room. Breakfast could have been better. Toasters wouldn't stay down. Only enough regular coffee in room for one person .

Room was dingey. Furniture & bedding were old, marked, showing cigarette burn holes, & chipped. Towels & bedding were rough to the touch....but clean.

The room itself has old dated furniture that was tired and dirty looking. The TV would only work with personal netfilcks password and the screen had a white hue to it. The floor was dirty. I did spill somthing on the floor and when I wiped it up the towel I used to clean up was black in colour.

Upgraded continental breakfast was a nice touch. I wouldn't go as far to say that it is a full hot breakfast but there was pleanty to eat and staff ensured the breakfast room was stocked. Bed was fairly comfortable.

Rooms are too congested. TV remote was not working properly, its behavior was inconsistent. And most important thing was charges were too much as compared to the services they are providing

There is no elevator in this hotel. There is only two floors but it was difficult to go up the stairs with my toddler and all our stuff. Someone at reception offered to help, at least. If you have mobility issues, make sure to reserve a room on ground floor.

Price is very reasonable. This is not a 4 star hotel and the rooms are not super clean but breakfast is offered and you can watch Netflix in you room, which is not the case at most hotels we've stayed in. My toddler was very happy to watch his favorite shows!

We requested early check in, & were charged $20 extra to check in at noon. The shower in the bathroom had damage to the fiberglass wall. (room 107). The room had an undesirable chemical smell. I know with current Covid 19 it is necessary sanitize for everyone's protection, but a more pleasing agent must be available. In general the facility is clean and presentable, however walking down the hallway to the rooms it is clear a fresh coat of paint is needed. The hands rails are all scratched & painted chipped off. We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past (pre-covid), but I am not sure we will return.

Check in was straight forward, no delays. Room & bed were comfortable & quiet. Staff are polite & helpful.
