There wasn’t salt and soap in the house. Also, no one helped us in the receptionist area upon arrival. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional. She did not answer our questions properly.

We liked the layout of the suite and the peaceful environment. It was fantastic.

The fire in the master bedroom and main room did not work. I contacted the property to arrange for this to be fixed but there was nothing they could do as it was 5.30pm until the next day. This was unfortunate as the rooms were very cold despite adjusting the heating and definitely affected quality of sleep and general comfort.

The spa downstairs has definitely seen better days. No locker room and very tired looking. Also — this unit is on the first floor which is fine - but the listing says “Top View” and there is no “View..”

This property is very large, clean, and well appointed. It’s perfect for a couple or a family with kids. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had a good amount of cooking utensils etc. It was quiet.

A little expensive and check-in was quite difficult as the staff working ar the front desk had no idea who we were as this is a privately owned suite within a hotel.

Beautiful suite, all the supplies you needed dwere available there. Very clean and comfortable.

Great space that sleeps a lot of people and is very nicely decorated with a well stocked kitchen. Most 2 bedrooms do not have 2 larger beds in the 2nd bedroom so this was a great find as my daughter was celebrating a Birthday so we had some extra friends along. It was also nice to have 2 full bathrooms since a lot of 2 bedrooms have only one bathroom. When we arrived the fireplaces were on and the tv was playing some nice relaxing music making for very nice ambience and a great first impression! The large dining table was also nice as it seats 8 (many places have only smaller tables that seat 6) and it was great both for meals and for playing games. Quick response from hosts to any questions we had. Great price for the number of occupants allowed (8) and the large space. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

There’s nothing I didn’t like.

The facilities are so nice. The room was very very clean. We loved staying here. Everything we needed was there, kitchen utensils and everything. It felt like home. The pool and hot tub are also super nice and convenient. Staff are friendly.

The descriptions says the unit has a hot tub and fireplace making it seem like the hottub is part of the unit. It is not it is in with the pool ( pool and hot tub area not that nice) The apartment is on the ground floor so the views are into other units The place was badly renovated and there are left over areas that were repaired badly or not done. Not that luxurious. The new fireplace is not the same size as the old one so there is a gap all around. Holes and or screws are in the walls to hold up something previously. Unfinished piece of wood hung on wall to cover up damage. Kitchen has a spice rack a very nice touch but it’s empty!!! Units have one ply toilet paper not that luxurious!

The rooms are very tasteful decorated and the kitchen is well stocked on dishes cutlery etc. good location and has heated parking
