Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

If notification of pool reservation can be notified when booking room.
Great breakfast and your staff serving was very pleasant and professional. Maintenance man was helpful answering questions regarding the hotel that didn’t even pertain to his role. Keep up the great work we will return to your establishment soon,thanks.

Slow elevator

I booked this hotel because it had a pool I couldn't book the pool despite spending 4 nights. I actually called the morning of my arrival date to book a time slot in the pool, all I could do was put my name on the waiting list for the week. I didn't get in :( My room wasn't made up after the first night even though I was asked if I wanted it to be. I complained and the room was tidied up for the rest of the week. The locks on both the shower room and the washroom were broken. There was some dark browny red splatter (not ours) on the underside of the washroom sink that remained there all week. The ventilation in both the washroom and shower room did not work.
The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked great. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The elevators weren't to busy, no waiting around. Housekeeping delivered extra towels and blankets very quickly when requested.

The cleanliness - we found a bed bug in our bed. I brought up to the main desk and were transferred to a new room

There was only 1 creamer and a couple sugars for the coffee. That was annoying. There was no option for tea in the room either. Pretty sparse offerings. The hotel never mentioned in the confirmations that the pool time had to be reserved so I had to deal with some very disappointed children who anticipated using the pool. It would have been very simple to have something on their web site or in the confirmation email letting us know that pool time had to be reserved. I would have reserved time a month prior to our stay when I first made the reservation. Then when I told the front desk about how this affected my stay the man said I should have called to check their COVID protocols...how does this help me now?? How does that address my unhappiness with not being able to use the pool. Instead of making me feel better he made me feel worse. Don't ask how someone's stay was if you are not prepared to hear the answer.
The room was spacious and breakfast was good.

The past 2 times we stayed only 1 of our 2 assigned key passes work. It was honestly not an issue because we only needed one key.
I love this hotel. I try to go there whenever I have a weekend off just to get away. Staff treat you amazing and make sure you’re having a comfortable stay. Great location as they moved Walmart right in front , not even a 5 minute walk. Rooms are always clean as well as washrooms have no hair!! Thats a big yuck for me. Smooth and easy check in and out. Some staff do the checkout process different so keep that in mind. Out of the many times we’ve stayed here sometimes the front desk will send staff to check the room upon check out and return us our deposit on the spot. Other times staff inform we will receive it days later after ensuring everything is okay. I believe we should work on keeping 1 method. 10/10 hotel
