The hotel starts to be quite old. The style of the bathroom is a bit outdated and walls and ceiling would deserve some renovation. Electric plugs are only on one side of the bed.

Clean hotel, good bed quality, staff speaks english, concierge allows to book taxis which can be otherwise done exclusively with a specific chinese app.

The location of the hotel is great near Wangfujing. The staff can speak English and are helpful. There are many types of breakfast you can choose. The room is clean and cozy.

Building maintenance has fallen since my visit in 2023, paint peeling, cracks. Having the tv channels cut out is disappointing for non English speak visitors. This could prevent me staying later this year

Good choice ever for Beijing stay Close by to WFJ, Family Mart, subway all food/dining and APM shopping and the famous Peking Ducks restaurants 😁👍

Considering it's Novotel, we expected more exceptional service. The rooms were located in a different wing to the main lobby and could be a distance away, especially when lugging heavy bags. The room was not very well ventilated and was too cold during the cold season even with AC turned off. (The concierge did provide us with warmers after reuqesting)

Strategic location. The room, especially the bathroom was spacious. They did housekeeping daily and would replenish items as soon as they run out.

We had a 2 bedded room and my bed was very soft in the center, like its an old or overused mattress. My husband said his was ok Although its stated non-smoking level, both my husband and I do get the cigarettes smell in our room. We are non certain on this

Our rooms are located too far, and we need to take 3 elevators or 2 elevators plus one stairs. Take the main elevator to level 2, walk to the next building, and take stairs about 2 meters up or small elevators (If you have luggage), walk to another elevator only can go up to your room. The room size is small, not really meet a 4 stars standard

The location of the hotel is near two metro Station, Jinyu Hutlong 300m and Dengshikou station 370m. Breakfast is good.

This is an excellent hotel, short walking distance to Macau Centre and APM shopping malls where you can find all eateries and shops. It's near the Wangfujing walkway too. There are 2 subway stations too, Jinyu Hutong (200 metres)and Dengshikou (450 metres)

Excellent location. The second time that we stayed in the hotel. Staff were excellent and were very friendly, especially the bar staff lady who went out of their way to organise a late dinner. Really excellent breakfast with a huge range of choices. There was a tour desk which was handy. Would definitely stay again. Have already recommended this hotel to friends.

The breakfast was not good at all, everything was cold as the lids were kept off and it was more of a lunch option than a lighter breakfast spread. The bath was also far to small in depth.

The location was great, the room was huge and the staff were very helpful. The facilities were great and the house keeping was perfect.

The sound insulation of the room is very poor, the bed is very close to the door, and the sound of various doors, talking and walking in the corridor can be heard in the middle of the night, affecting sleep.

The baggage department was great. We had a lot of luggage to go to the airport and they booked us a bigger car.So nice!
