We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Hong KongThe hotel was very busy and noisy in the lobby and breakfast dining room. Strongly reccomend the Executive Floors, 25, 26 & 27. It's an oasis of quite comfort - you get what you pay for.
The 26th Floor Executive Lounge has a comprehensive and quality offering for breakfast, afternoon tea and happy hour. Service is excellent with special commendation to Jennifer and Alma. Good value for money, centrally located for the main shopping street and ferry terminal.

I enjoyed the hotel stay so much. Comfortable, clean, spacious, good gym facilities, and great that we paid a bit more to have nice view of Gulangyu island. The hotel staff are well trained, courteous and helpful. Especially thankful to Room supervisor 耿红艳who decorated my room with a pair of swan towel art ❤️. Hotel location is perfect, 10-15 min walk to the Zhongshan walking street.

GermanyLounge bar on the 26th floor closes at 8 pm. Service in the whiskey bar was not on par with the reception, a little too directive.
Spacious room with a very nice view overlooking the Gulanyu island, a main landmark of Xiamen. Attentive reception staff, who upgraded us due to late readiness of our room. Fully functioning amenities. Beautiful rooftop view, made accessible to us by Aoma who was very helpful. Great location to get around the central shopping area and the harbor, and great value for money.

SingaporeWe have added breakfirst but was charged for the kid below 1.2 m despite we were being told during the booking that breakfast was free for kid’s height below 1.2 m. During check-out I have asked for the bill print out and had pointed out that it was being charged for the kid’s breakfast. As we need to depart for airport to catch our flight , I did not verify the correction despite the front desk lady has verbally informed that it has been corrected. I have not check the credit card bill on the correction yet. I hope hotel can make improvement in this area.

Excellent location and view, great food and we used both the 24hrs room service and the breakfast room services, and the food were great. the restaurant also is great with great view and service for a very reasonable price, the top floor offers afternoon tea with a birds-eye-view of the Gulangyu island.
