The property was really well maintained, relaxed atmosphere and very clean! Great location too, not in the centre but a short walk to the bars/restaurants and over the road from a lovely beach

Bathroom was rather small and for some reason there was no air con during the hotel in April. My room was really stuffy as it was unseasonably warmer than usual

The location is great, close to the beach, with restaurants and markets at a walking distance. The room was spectacular, and sparkling clean. The staff all around were the nicest and kindest people ever, always kind, happy to help at whatever with a smile on their face, we even got a nice surprise in our room for my wife’s birthday - they think of everything, to make the trip as enjoyable as possible for us the guests, there are no words, just thank you very much for a remarkable experience!!!!

Beds were not comfortable, very soft mattress.

Grand suite is really spacious and perfect for a family holiday. Breakfast is very good, and I liked that they welcomed us with fruit basket, wine, and some snacks.

The hotel very clean and with a great pool! The breakfast was rich and the room was pretty big. Easy access for the beach and few minutes from Ayia Napa center.

Safe firmly attached to integrated closet; - High quality cosmetics (shampoo, shower gel and body lotion) provided to guests; - Fast, free Wi-Fi provided to guests. Internet speed was measured at 180 Mbps in the room; - Professional and friendly staff. Particular highlights were Paraskevas and Gabriel at the Pool Bar; - Well presented, nicely garnished and top-notch cocktails served at the Pool Bar. The cocktails were made using quality alcoholic drinks; - Entry to the Spa & Fitness centre was included in the room rate. The Spa covers the basics. There are a couple of saunas (Finnish, steam), a couple of Jacuzzis, an indoor swimming pool and a relaxation area. There are also changing rooms for men and women with lockers, several showers and a toilet; - Towels are provided to guests in the Spa changing rooms free of charge; - Robes and slippers for the Spa are provided to guests in the room free of charge; and - Excellent breakfast buffet with a good selection of fruits and veggies, smoothies, pastries, waffles and pancakes amongst others. There is also an omelette station.

The staff especially reception are fantastic. Always happy and helpful. Hotel is lovely, our room was large and clean. The new restaurant is great. Pool has a relaxing vibe, and the hotel is not too far from the hustle, making it easy to walk to and from or there is a taxi stand right out front.

We were lucky since we were upgraded to junior suite, we loved everything in it from the very friendly staff to the beàutiful wide room. The food also is great, very highly recommended!

I really can’t fault the hotel at all.

We have had the most amazing stay. The hotel is absolutely stunning and has a lovely relaxing vibe about it which was everything we had hoped for for our “baby moon”. The pool area was great, lovely and quiet - a nice place to relax. The room was great (we got upgraded to a junior suite which was a lovely surprise on arrival!), really comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff were super friendly, warm and welcoming. Breakfast buffet has lots to choose from. We will definitely return if we are back in Ayia Napa again.

Beautifully furnished hotel in a quiet location. Excellent breakfast buffet with a sufficiently large selection of food. Very nice and helpful staff. I also highly recommend the hotel's restaurant and bar, where they offer tasty local specialties and good refreshing drinks

During our arrival and the whole week of our stay we had a very warm welcoming from the staff at the reception. We are so Happy that they offered us a room upgrade that we really enjoyed!!! The breakfast was really rich and the hotel offer a great location, walking distance from city centre. Also a quiet and relaxing environment at the swimming pool!!

They served pool food in disposable boxes. I think reusable plastic plates would have felt nicer and matched the nice food inside
