One towel each for a four night stay. It's loud on an evening - take ear plugs! I slept like a baby after using them! Only one mirror in the bedrooms which made it difficult for getting ready when someone was in the shower or toilet.

Amazing location right in old town Praha 1. Separate bedrooms and toilet separate to shower room. Easy yet secure access to the building.

We arrived very late, staff were not helpful. Gave us directions but not so easy when you have never been and it’s dark. We wondered round for far longer than we needed to if we had just been helped a little more

Having to collect keys from different location. Only one towel each for 5 days. No hand towel in toilet. Half a roll of toilet paper. Shower screen not long enough so floor soaking wet after use. Having to wait nearly 3 weeks for return of deposit and had to go through my own bank to do this in the end. Beds and pillows are uncomfortable. 2 Single duvets for double bed. Cold bedroom but boiling in living room. If we wanted the toilet in the night we had to walk past our sleeping friends.

Check in takes place in a different building from the one the actual apartment is! During the check in they ask for a deposit of 200 euro! But they inform you for these after the payment is successful.

Heating was not working well, I had to call several time to have it fixed.

Apartment was fairly basic. No starter packs of coffee or milk supplied , just to get started. Old building, smelly drain smell throughout closed building. Couldn’t adjust heating, too hot inside for comfort.

the layout- you had to go through one bedroom to get to the other one which wasn’t ideal at night if you had to go to the bathroom the shower door had a 1-2cm gap between it and the shower tray which meant the bathroom flooded every time you had a shower

The accommodation was not in the place that was written (but close). We hadn’t got any problem with that, just… We didn’t read the note: We have several locations”

No heating . They sent the handyman who said the heating will kick in but it didn't . The exhaust in the toilet wasn't working so we called handyman but he was unable to fix it during our stay.

Location is superb of the karlova apartment. Very spacious, clean , cozy.

- The apartment didn't have a kitchen towel or even kitchen paper towels, so I had to get those myself. - The beds weren't very comfortable, and the sheets were way too short for me.

- The location was very convenient, really close to the main attractions. - The building was nice and it had an elevator. - The staff was very helpful and friendly. They accommodated with no issues through a text message a late checkout.

Everything of the property was good, but some wall notices are to much, particularly those saying to be ware of the owner.

To be 100% honest there was nothing at all to complain about this apartment. There was a minor issue with the shower head but that was the height of any issues that we had!

myself and the family (all adults) stayed in the Charles Apartment for 4 nights. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough!!! Everything about the stay was fantastic. The team at reception had organised the all inclusive Taxi pick up from the Airport. This brought us to reception to collect the key/check in and then brought us to the apartment. The guys and gals at reception were brilliant throughout. Check in was very simple. The Taxi then took us to the apartment (8-10min walk away). The Apartment is so central. It is basically a 4-5 min walk to Charles Bridge and the same to the astrological clock. It has restaurants, shops and pubs all around. The apartment itself was beautiful. It was exceptionally clean and had everything that you could need supplied. even though it is on an very busy street, once you close the double windows you can hear no street noise at all. the apartment was warm throughout our stay. Checkout was also simple, just dropped the keys in a drop box in the apartment and again the taxi collected us at the door of the apartment for the airport. The Apartment was just over €340 for 4 people for 4 nights - This i think is fantastic value for money Prague itself is one of the most beautiful cities that i have been in (and i travel a lot) I would recommend that everyone sees Prague, and if you do i would highly recommend the Charles Apartments. I will be back THANK YOU!

Lift was out of order for duration of visit. Would have been considerate to advise prior. We had to carry 3 very heavy large suitcases up 3 winding stairs. Shower head in the shower cubicle didn't stay attached & water pressure was poor.
