When you go into the apartment the smell is not so good

It is important to note that on Karlova street (the street of the flat) a large amount of unpackaged and delicious food is sold. However, there is a clearly stated rule that unpackaged food/drink cannot be taken through the building corridors. Even without spilling, this action will result in a clearly stated and advertised 20EUR fine. Unfortunately, in the context of the location/city, it becomes challenging to bring any food/drink up to the flat. Ultimately, due to the hefty fines, regardless of whether a mess was made, and the location of the building on the street notorious for taking advantage of tourists, the entire stay felt a bit like a scam. If the apartment wasnt so nice, I would have changed locations.

very courteous reception staff; very clear with rules, and very helpful as needed. The flat itself was gorgeous (we were given an upgrade due to the odd time of year) and looked over old town Prague.

however, the situation that made me very very sad and started my holiday badly is that it is 800 meters away from the location and I learned this when I did not find the house in the location I thought I had 😔😔😔😔 I have a little daughter, the weather was cold, we walked and she got sick. We got the key from someone 1.2 km away, which is tiring. so we entered the house at 5pm😔 the house is never at karlova 24!!! I chose this house just for its location. how can you send me 800 meters away??? We corresponded with booking.com and they reported the situation, but no one was even interested in apologizing. those who come for the location do not come!!!

The house is incredibly clean. When you enter the house, a very hygienic smell welcomes you. Pillows are immaculate. The kitchen sparkles. Upon arrival we were assigned a different (larger) apartment which was located a few minutes walk from Old Town Square. The apartment was recently renovated and covered all our needs for a weekend in Prague.

The kitchen wasn’t very functional. The shelves in the small fridge were broken, there were not enough dishes for four people (three big plates, no coffee cups-yet three saucers, two small plates etc.). Also it would have been nice to have bedside lamps and nightstands to place cell phones on, etc.

The location was excellent and close to the main square and the Jewish quarter. It was also a quick walk to the bridges and points beyond. Tram and Metro stops were close by too. The old building was very pretty, felt safe and the apartment itself was plenty spacious for 4 of us. It had beautiful windows, high ceilings and a bank of pretty, old windows.

The address advertised was in Karlova street, but the apartment was in Zatecka street. It wasn't location which I have chosen. This company has multiple apartments and they only advertise their best address in Karlova street. All their apartment are nearby, but be aware, the apartment you will be given will not be what you've seen in the listing.

There was a security deposit of 200 euros to do which was not in the booking details and you only get that info after having booked and payed already.

The appartment is almost in the middle of the city centre. It has every attraction nearby.

Location and accommodations good, but very unfriendly staff at reception. They are not willing to help if something went wrong. I made parking reservation at office, but then something was wrong with parking card. Then happened that I need to pay parking again in parking garage. After I complain, they just telling me that everything was made ok from their side. I was charged with app 80 eur more.

The apartment was simply not the one that they show in pictures. The address is also not the same, but I was "lucky" to get a central one, I guess. The pictures shown for reservation have a great view and a big window, while the apartment I got was an attic. When I complained they said "they cant put pictures of all the apartments they had". However, if I knew the apartment was an attic I wouldnt have booked it. I complained to Booking and they refunded half of the money, but they need to stop misleading customers. I checked for places on the day and there were way better options for the same price. On top of that, they charge a 200 EUR deposit which is just insane and makes you afraid of complaining. I've never seen that and this was definetely my worst experience with Booking.

Large apartment in a great location, on the cobblestone road that is between the Charles Bridge and Old Town Square. On the 2nd floor (called the 1st floor). Wide window ledges are nice for people-watching while sitting with your coffee or tea. Quiet at night due to double windows. 3 large bedrooms with big beds and couches. Large stocked kitchen. Separate toilet room and bathroom. Has a clothes washing machine.

For short term rentals it should provide toiletries, tissues and washing up liquid. There was no plug for the kitchen sink.

The apartment was spacious, the kitchen very functional with a reasonably sized fridge/freezer and it was centrally located in the old town.

1. Advertised as 2 bedroom appartment which it is not. This has been stated in previous reviews but owners have chosen to continue to misrepresent the offering. 2. There are a lot of comments about people being "fined" for eating "inappropriate" food on the premises. From the reviews it appears that the building is heritige listed. There is one sign up about not eating hamburgers and another sign which you may or may not see mentioning other foods in the common areas. None of this was mentioned on website or in the rules of the appartments. Other people noted that their kitchen bin had been gone through and were fined for eating certain types of food in the appartment. 3. Others noted that they were fined incorrectly for damage that was not done. We did not have a problem but noted lack of notification about point 2 and misrepresenting the basic unit configuration.

the 4th floor was ridiculous I had my 88 year old mother who has trouble with stairs. The unit was very clean, not enough toilet paper for 4 nights. The water kettle had debris in it. It needed paper towels or something to clean your hands other than bath towels. NO view. the directions to get to the unit were very bad. I had to knock on a few doors to find our unit. NOT clear on directions. had to drop key at another location.

The extensive high noise level from underneath the apartment, there was an organised Rave from 7am to 11pm underneath us, and also a pub that had loud music all night.
