Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

the shower was terrible. There was no water pressure at all! Also the breakfast has a good selection but the bacon, sausages and eggs were cold.
the staff were really nice and the bed was pretty comfortable.

I travel a lot, so this hotel can't be considered as 5 stars hotel, 3 is max It is a little bit old Very noisy. we were on the 8th floor and can hear cars on the street You can't close easily the curtains You have to pay to use the pool !
Staff are very polite and friendly, especially Rebecca from the front desk. Location is also nice, you can park your car and use the train which is just 30 sec walk from reception! Amazing to drink without driving concern Breakfast is great. Nothing was missing

Amazing view, comfortable rooms and beds. Next to a metro station so it's easy to go anywhere. Looks old fashion, but it's a great experience.

If you want some nice restaurants or coffee shops near the hotel, we haven't found many. But the centre of Prague is literally 3 stops away and the metro station right outside the hotel
Excellent location, you literally can enter the Vysehrad metro station upon leaving the hotel! The hotel was clean and the staff very nice. Comfortable beds, we were offered free parking too.

The extra fee for the gym and pool, I wasn’t expecting that. Bit expensive i.m.o.
The view is beautiful, the room was good. The complimentary wines is a good addition that makes the stay awesome!

When we arrived all parking spaces in hotel territory was full. We had to park across the street in underground parking. Walking distance wasn't so big so it was fine, but we chose this hotel only because of parking next to hotel and it was unavailable. Hotel as such is old- rooms calls for renovation but nothing really big to complain.
Because of parking situation staff was gifting vine bottles it was nice gesture. Double bed was actually double bed with matress on top so it was great. Breakfast was really good with lot of choices, only cakes was one base recipe.

This is a straightforward no thrills business hotel, especially compared with some of the traditional Old Town hotels. The decor and furnishings are a bit dated but clean and functional
Great place to stay, especially due to the very close proximity to the subway. A couple of stations to all the major sites. The view from our room was fantastic, and the beds are super comfortable. The staff was exceptionally helpful and nice. Everyone spoke English very well. The hotel is clean, functional, and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay.

We were on the 14th floor and the outlets next to the bed didn’t work so we couldn’t lit the lamps or charge or phones. Luckily there were other outlets in the room. Nothing else was bad.
Everything was perfect, the people working during check in and check out were really nice. We even got a bottle of champagne when we arrived (for free). It smelled really good in the lobby as well! The rooms were super fresh and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely perfect, there was many breakfast options. The juices tasted like water however. The AC worked really well and we could also open the window. The location was also really good. The metro is right underneath and it was around 2-3 stations before we were in the central city. I will definitely stay here again in the future. The general feeling of this hotel was definitely 5 stars, everything was absolutely perfect!

Nothing so far.
Metro station is right in front of the hotel. The receptionist is so welcoming to receive us and we are given a bottle of wine as a check-in gift. Breakfast is so wonderful, would love to come back again.

At the breakfast we had to find alone for quite some time a table, Instead of getting us settled by someone from the hotel staff. We have never experienced this at the 5 star hotel.
Ideal location next to the metro station. Perfect staff at reception, Denisa managed to help us with everything we needed. Very friendly approach.

Their restaurant dont have many choices of variant food, decorations of overall is not modern.
Hotel is 1 minute by walk to train stasion, only 5 min on train to tourist area..their pool and sauna is just great, room we stayed were wide with spectacular view city of Prague. Although decoration is old but we stay comfortably. Breakfast is good
