The bed was unfortunately uncomfortable.

The room was spacious. The LOCATION was amazing literally everything was walking distance located in a nice street. A pharmacy and a mini market were nearby and few nice fine restaurants. The staff were friendly and the breakfast had many options.

Location and the facility was amazing. Everything was very elegantly designed and clean. People at reception were incredibly kind they provided us with useful information on where to eat and what to see. I also really appreciated the little map in the room that showed local restaurants as well as important tourist destination in different categories. Location was amazing we walked everywhere except the castle which you can access via tram.

As the room was overlooking the side street, the noise was at times a bit too loud during the night hours.

The hotel is really on a great location, near the river and in walking distance to the old town, Prague castle as well as other parts of the city. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was really comfortable, there was also nice amenities included like coffee and tea. The breakfast was excellent, I think you could find everything there basically. The hotel staff was really pleasant and helpful in all encounters. And as a really big plus you can store the bags at the reception before check in and after check out for as long as needed without extra charge.

TV too small and could not turn up volume. Average size room - basic facilities. Didn’t like the mugs provided in the room.

Not much to say on this, everything was great that we needed. The minibar was a little expensive but it didn't effect our stay.

The room was spotless, a good size and based in the city centre. It was a great location and close by to the river, old town and bridge. The staff on the front desk were friendly and helped with directions and local information.

The staff was amazing. The hotel is very clean and beautiful. The longest walk you’ll have to take are up to 12 min, but you can always take the light rail that has a station next to the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay there!

Perhaps have more bottled water in the room - only 1 bottle for two nights.

Large and spacious room with all the amenities. High quality soaps, lots of towels, good coffee machine, mini fridge. Huge comfortable bed. The elevators are fast to arrive. Very stylish bathroom.

The cleaning of the bathroom could be improved, especially the tube and the doors. Since there were no carpets on the hallways, one could hear the cleaning ladies carring the vaccums, however it did not happen very early in the morning. The bulding is rather old and one could hear the trams outside, however, we were out during the day and it was not so disturbing. The mini fridge was flickering and it wasn't even cooling the things inside.

Location: very close to the old town, but not in the center of the crowds. The staff was very friendly and we could check-in earlier, we even got an upgrade of the room for the same price, and we could leave our luggages in the hotel after the chreck-out. The room was very nice, just like in the pictures.

This is a large chain hotel but staff were nice and attentive. They dont have many rooms with castle view so dont expect one.

Room was spacious. Reasonably modern and secure. They have a jug so you can make a cuppa. Proper double bed and not 2 singles pushed together. Close to River and National Theatre
