Spa timing was restricted to 1 hour per day after that there were extra charges, this is not mentioned on booking advert. There was a large selection at breakfast however the hot food choices were not that nice, but a good selection of cold meats and cheeses muesli & yoghurts.

Hotel exceptionally clean in all areas. All staff very helpful Reception staff arranged for us to use the spa after we had checked out, as we did not arrive until midnight on check in day Room was very comfortable, beds very good and large sofa bed as well. Free wine in room + bottle of Prosecco given to us at reception. Bottled water offered at reception at no cost.

I'm very content with my stay in this hotel. Cosy and well-equipped room, very friendly staff (always willing to help) and great location (peaceful area) with access to shops/pubs/ restaurants & public transport.

Jacuzzi in the spa needs to have rails to the pool. It is slippery and guests of all abilities may slip on the wet floor. Hotel managements needs to remind spa etiquette for gusts attending small hotel spa - some of the guests are noisy and they may come as distrespectful to other gusts in the spa at the same time (max capacity being 8 guests in any hour during opening hours)

Friendly staff. Very polite, helpful and wellcoming staff in hotel Spa - Karin was very nice, helpful and knowledgable about facilities and spa generally. Room cleaned by Natalia was very nice and cleaned even on those days when we left for town a bit later in the day. We very much appreciated how quiet cleaners were and were not disturbing.

Excellent stay. Loved the hospitality of the hosts at the hotel. Beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The spa was an added bonus after a tiring day exploring Prague. Exceeded all expectations. Will definitely come back here.

I'd have liked the spa and gym to be open earlier to get a morning workout in before going out for the day. If you want to use them it would potentially mean a shorter day exploring the city.

Friendly, helpful staff who went the extra mile. Complimentary wine, welcome note from the hotel are very nice touches. The room was clean as was the hotel. Nice enough bar area. Really good for the money we paid, I would return to the hotel without question.

In the morning of our final day, I noticed that the bedding on the bed that I slept in had hairs under the pillow that were not mine. This means the bed had not been properly changed.

Bohdana checked us in and made sure that we understood all that our reservation covered. She assisted with our bags, presented us with complimentary champagne, for our room and at the bar. When she escorted us to our room more complimentary goodies were waiting for us. Bohdana was courteous, attentive, polite, professional, effervescent and accommodating! Everyone on staff was extremely kind and friendly. I'll recommend this hotel to friends and family.

There is a slight smell of SPA and pool in the room. Unstable signal/stream of TV channels.

Good hotel for one night stay. Tram station nearby, direct connection to the centre. Quiet location, the window can be opened, parking, large TV, comfortable bed.

Old fashion bathroom. We had a green one, but on the photos it was a more color-friendly pink one.

Free private parking lots behind the gates. Very good breakfasts. Close to tram line. Quite in the night. Very friendly stuff, special thanks to Vlad and Odra! We received a lot of additional bonuses and gifts from hotel. Also it was very friendly to let our car stay on the parking for a several hours after check out, so we were able to go to the city center by tram one more time and not thinking about car parking on the street.

Nice hotel in a good neighborhood, tram and bus stops nearby, metro station 15 min walk, available parking also. Clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, nice and helpful staff. Many tasty breakfast options.

Very friendly staff, professional and excellent breakfast. The hotel is close to the tram station, so you can reach the city center very fast.Car parking is free and is part of the hotel. Definitely recommend 👍

Easy access to the centre via tram at Delnicka, then a couple mins walk. Staff were great, new guy was training and took us to our room, very friendly and helpful :) Nick checked us out and was also super friendly. Loved the extra touches (bottle of wine in the room, Prague pass, welcome drinks in the bar and free drinks at the panorama cafe) staff couldn't have been more helpful. We took advantage of the panorama cafe ticket and went there on Saturday afternoon, well worth the view! Staff there were also friendly and my free glass of fizz was delicious:) would stay again! Rooms are big, nice separated bathroom, and comfy beds.

The jacuzzi in the spa was luke warm Hotel room fridges a tad loud so we turned ours off at night

Staff were lovely - allowed us to check in 2 hours early as the cleaners had finished our room - then gave us a bottle of white wine to apologise for the wait! Very friendly staff, always happy to help - allowed us to put our leftovers in their fridge Very clean room Shampoo was great and smelt lovely Quiet location - easy to get a tram about 3 minutes walk away into the city centre

The location was excellent and very quiet with easy access to tram and metro. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast had a vide variety to choose from. We enjoyed our visit to the spa, it was nice and ckean and spa reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Fantastic hotel in one of Pragues best quarters. We were welcomed warmly by exceptionally friendly personnel. Everything from the grande breakfast buffet to the discreet and professional room service was perfect. A highlight was Karina, our receptionist in the wellness area, who made us feel welcomed and cared for at our daily spa programme. We will definitely be coming back.
