Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It was very strange that I could go by lift only to floor where I live and return. I cant go to my friend who lived one floor higher. Its stupid I think. First time I met this.
Good hotel in old Stalin style. Comforeable rooms.

Huge line to check in, several tour buses at once!!!! but concierge stored our luggage for us and we had dinner. Then checked in.

Hotel Parking filled up quickly. However, street parking was available and cheaper.
Very friendly staff at the front desk, kitchen, and restaurant. Grocery and parking options nearby. City view at night was amazing.

Location was good for our conference but a bit far from the city centre.
Very clean large hotel with excellent services. Nice bar and restaurant and rooftop bar with good view. Rooms are very clean with comfy beds and good size bathroom prices are moderate and staff is very helpful everywhere.

Difficult to carry suitcase up front stairs, with no assistance offered.

Service is lacking. Asked for an iron, few times. No one returned to me, and no iron was supplied.

Finding a parking spot could be a bit tricky, when the hotel parking place is full. Just some small details prevent me from describing the hotel as perfect for 4 star category - for example surprisingly archaic TV on the room (but not enough to be considered as historical piece of equipment :-)).
Really interesting building because of its historical context, lots of interesting art and building details. It was probably the first time, when I did evening walk after dinner not through hotel surroundings, but hotel itself. Great view from the bar on 14th floor. The room was truly comfortable. Most of the staff were really nice. I appreciated the room upgrade I’ve received after arrival after tiring looking for parking spot.

On the downside, we encountered poor ventilation in the bathroom. It wasn't a major issue, but it was inconvenient as the steam from the shower took a long time to clear. Another unpleasant surprise was that one of the towels had stains. It was clean and soft, but there were old dark stains visible. This spoiled the overall impression of the hotel's quality. I hope this was just an isolated incident.
Everything was great! The complimentary gifts, the quality of the toiletries, and the fully stocked minibar. The breakfast was wonderful with a wide variety of options, fresh ingredients, and excellent service.

Honestly one of the best places we've ever stayed in and outside of Europe. The staff were all so welcoming and nice. The room was huge with complimentary gifts of wine and snacks. The free breakfast buffet was the largest buffet I've ever seen for people with so many delicous options, including dietary options. The hotel restaurant was so good we ate there 3 times during our stay. The Armstrong Bar was great as they had the Hockey World Championship game streaming for all. The tower lounge was great for views, that's about it. The location was great as it was close to the Tram to get anywhere in the city quickly.

Overall it was a great hotel, so nothing to complain about.
It is a great spacious hotel that is in a renovated Soviet-era building which is also interesting architecturally. The breakfast is really superb, the rooms are spacious and modern, and there is a secure parking where you can park your car so it's recommended for those travelling by car. You can also try the skybar. The downtown is only 10 minutes by tram whose stop is in front of the hotel 50 meters away. Highly recommended

Hotel International Prague impressed us on every level, and we give it five stars! The service was excellent from start to finish – from the friendly reception to the attentive manager. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had a great night's sleep every night. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. The hotel's location is ideal, situated in a quiet area but very well connected by public transport. The nearby tram and bus stops made exploring the city easy. The building itself is beautiful, adding a special charm to the hotel. We especially want to commend the friendly staff, who were always helpful and welcoming. We felt completely at home here and highly recommend Hotel International Prague!
