Parking was a little more expensive than the surrounding parking lots. The pillows were too soft for my taste.

The breakfast was phenomenal. The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting the city center. Everyone was very kind. Parking was located right next to the hotel.

I thought the food at breakfast was no better than average. The shower cubicle was snug. The towels were thin and small. The restaurant was not open in the evening. .

I liked the location. And I liked the welcome drink and the outside bar. I liked the late checkout and the bag store.

The restaurant atmosphere was excellent and welcoming, the food was delicious and there was a variety of options from cold to hot breakfast. Also, the housekeeping staff were very good and kept our room clean.

The Hotel itself, very clean! Rooms, all Toilets and other rooms like Reception dining room outside bar are very clean with super friendly staff! The location is very good as it is in the center of the old town of Prague. All in walkable distance!

The smell from the bathroom drains can bother more sensitive noses. Keep the bathroom door closed. On hotter days the temperature in the room can be uncomfortable for sleeping.

The hotel has a very cool medieval decor and very friendly and attentive staff. Very good breakfast and they even store your luggage after check-out if you need it. The location is great, being close to Prague's main tourist attractions. Just be careful when arriving at the location by Taxi/Uber, as the hotel is located in a parking lot next to a park, take a look at the hotel's website for more details.

Being a bit pernickety,as this did not detract from our wonderful experience at the Hotel.We were unable to get English sub titles or English language on our TV even though we changed settings to English.Strangly,the only English subtitles we managed to get were for the English speaking news.We didn't mention this to the staff who may have sorted it as it wasn't a big problem . It's just nice on occasions to unwind with TV in the evening.

We had a fabulous stay at this wonderfully quirky hotel.Amazing breakfasts and choice. Hard working staff always helpful,smiley and friendly.Located close to Charles Bridge,river and local parks.First time in Prague,could not have picked a nicer location or Hotel.Can't wait to return..

One side note : I had a connecting room and there was literally no sound proofing between the two rooms, we could hear everything.

The rooms are quite small and functional, but suspect that is due to the old building it is in.

The hotel has the greatest breakfast room you'll ever have bacon and eggs in. It's in a large hall with medieval decorations including weapons and suits of armour. It is worth staying there just for that. The hotel is in a quiet square away from the really touristy old town but a short walk to get there. Lots of nice restaurants and local bars near by. The staff are friendly and we got a free drink on arrival. Definitely worth a stay.

Curtains in the rooms weren't very thick, let lots of light in early in the mornings and woke us up too early.

Good breakfast, location just a little bit off tourist central so quiet but easy to get places. Place had character and staff added extra touches - drink on arrival, brownie on checkout.

Words fall short in describing the sheer magnificence of our stay at the Old Armoury. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an aura of tranquillity that surpassed all expectations. The decor is what made us reserve initially and it did not fall short of what was expected. I could not explain the sheer awe of how I felt walking the interior. The room was elegantly appointed with modern amenities and adorned with thoughtful touches that added a touch of warmth and comfort. Waking up to the gentle caress of the morning sun and the soothing sound of nature with the river was sheer Bliss. Breakfast was a "buffet" style each morning with all the classical favorites, as well as some Czech dishes each morning which was a nice change.

there really is nothing to say. This hotel, management & staff, did an excellent job in making our stay as good as it was. It would be entirely churlish to suggest any improvements.

prior to check-in communication was excellent, check-in was quick & efficient. Room was lovely & well prepared with some nice touches. staff are very helpful & friendly. Hotel is warm, relaxed, clean & quiet. It is in a great location for visiting the Petrinske park, castle, Karluv most, old & new town. The breakfast is exceptional. The staff equally exceptional. Check-out was also smooth & efficient. We had a great stay & happy to recommend.

I booked a room for 3 people and we actually had a "cot" for the third person. Once my grandson sat on it, it crashed to the ground and he had to pull the matress onto the floor.the Mgr was very gracious and gave partial credit.

The breakfast was wonderful! Great choices and everything fresh and very clean. Lovely staff!
