I recommend to stay in this hotel. It's a good place to sightseeing the old town of Prague. Close to the tram stop, grocery shops, restaurants and farmacy. Good breakfast in the Residence.

Best value for money stay in staré město, less then a 10 minutes walk from the famous Astronomical Clock (Old Town Hall). Nice and helpful staff, clean rooms.

Everything was nice. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was extraordinary, the location excellent. We had parking with an extra pay, but very reasonable. We will come again and will use this hotel as it met all our expectation and exeeded this.

Everything was great.

A quiet, well-managed hotel. the room was small but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was generous and offered variety. When checking out, there was a luggage store room to leave our luggage for a couple of hours. The location was excellent. Only three bus stops from the train station and in the heart of the old city, we could reach most of the sights on foot.

Perfect location, walking distance to all the major must visit destinations including Charles Bridge. Friendly and helpful front staff. All the amenities include a nice cold fridge, kettle, and even a microwave oven. Secure entry, secure baggage room if you arrive earlier than check-in time. Left our baggage and started our walking tour of Prague early. Generous size bedroom. Perfect.

I had a small but really nasty noise issue during my stay but the room staff fixed it the next day. Other than that, no issues at all.

I liked the location: it's closeness to the old square and to the main transport(trams,buses,subway). The room had everything I needed and was very spacious for a solo traveler. The staff was very friedly and took care of any issues that I had during my stay. The place also has a wine bar that is really packed the during evening.

I booked a double room and what i didn't like was that we had single blankets and not double. Also room was not sound proof so we could hear other people talking next door.

The bathroom is very small! Too small for 5 people. Not enough space to unpack suitcases

Only negatives are that in the shower it doesn't have shampoo and shower gel. It has a dispenser with some sort of shower gel? But it doesn't foam up or anything. Also breakfast lacks variety

Walls are quite thin so any noises from room next door or hallway were heard quite loudly during the day (we could hear our neighbour singing in the shower). Although after 10pm the hotel has a quiet policy and this was managed well so we could sleep at night in a quiet environment :) The bed was initially a little hard for us but we slept fine after a long day exploring the city. Tea/Coffee provided at breakfast but not able to make in room as we had kettle but no sachets to make drinks - would be nice to have a couple in room as standard but not a huge issue for us. Dont let negatives put you off as this really is a great place to stay in Prague!

Great location only a few minutes from the old town centre and within a minute of a tram stop connecting to the main train station. Our room had a balcony which was a nice touch we were not expecting. The staff were welcoming and able to assist us with any issues we had - Also advised us on "must sees of prague". We were given a complementary drink at the bar which was also a nice touch. We didnt eat breakfast although it was included as we dont prefer continental but the spread did look good value for money. The hotel felt secure and we were able to leave our bags on our last day as we had a late flight out. Some good music being played in the lift always meant we were smiling when entering/leaving the hotel. Would definately stay again as is great location and value for money.

The room is spacious but a bit dated. The bed was too firm, and the pillows weren’t comfortable either.

The location is perfect, and the hotel staff were incredibly kind. The breakfast buffet is spectacular, offering gluten-free bread, and they even provided two courtesy drinks.
