Worn down with some facilities not working or missing. Could be more cleaner.

It’s within walking distance to many landmarks in the old town. However keep in mind that once you are done with the area, the transportation is not as favorable as other parts of Prague and everything there is way more expensive compared to rest of the city from water to fx rates.

Facilities such as the tv was like 19inch, doesn't make sense at all Moreover, there was kettle, etc. Facilities were severely lacking for a 4 star hotel. Such a shame

The room had a weird smell and the mattress was very old as it had parts that would shrink. The place could be renovated.

The location was amazing! Every tourist attraction is on a walking distance from the hotel. There is Starbucks near by and lots of places to eat. The bathroom was actually better than I expected!

The place is in need of modernization. Towels whilst clean were quite old. The lift was out of use being upgraded. But we were pre advised. There isn't a 24hr reception.

The cleanliness of the hotel leaves much to be desired. Upon entering the room, it was evident that the cleaning standards were subpar. The overall lack of attention to detail in maintaining a hygienic environment was disappointing, Improvement in cleanliness practices is crucial for a more satisfactory experience. Hairs under the sheets and all over the floor. Bathroom was clean.

Facilities like all basic toiletries were not available but just hand wash and towels. The lights inside the rooms were too dark which had an unpleasant feeling inside the room otherwise the rest everything was good.

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Both check in and check out was easy and to our comfort.

The cleanliness of the hotel is disgusting. Mould in the shower, mould on the ceiling of the bathroom, the room wasn’t hoovered properly, bits everywhere. Air con didn’t work. The smell of the room was horrendous as soon as we walked through the door, it smelt like sewage. There was also a lot of noise, due to work being carried out on the hotel until around 9pm everyday, it would of been nice to have had a message regarding this before arriving.

The only great thing was the location, in a great area, everything is close by. Staff was pleasant enough.

Public areas , corridors, stairwells etc were all unheated and cold. Building work ongoing outside our room which wasn't mentioned on the website. Didn't run late but was still going on at 8pm some evenings. Reception staff were disinterested and unwelcoming

Obvious plumbing issue with the toilets, sewage kept coming back up. Had work going on in the corridor until about 10pm one night.

Staff that was checking us in was smoking outside and had to ask them to actually let us get through as I rolled the luggage and 2 kids. Had to wait for him to finish smoking before i was somehow greeeted. But what was more disappointing was that there was noone at 7am when we were leaving. Hotel was abandoned and no staff around. Room wasn't the cleanest. Bathroom tap filthy, glass dirty, not polished. No shower curtain so I spent 5 mins moping the floor after shower!!! Soap dispenser useless and soap water diluted. Toilet flush broke, handle of the bathroom fell out at 1 point....and we only stayed at the hotel few hours as we mostly only just slept there. I wouldn't book again. Room deco was also average. Not sure if the pillow cases were actually even clean. Also vent in the bathroom covered in dust. Even my kids weren't impressed. I am glad I only booked it for 1 night that week and only used it for minimum amount of time. The only thing I liked about the hotel was the reception area and location.

A couple of things to list: 1. The building is not good for people with mobility issues. There is a lift but they didn't tell you that there are more stairs to take before reaching your room. 2. Cleaners do not change your sheets no matter how many days you stay in the hotel. 3.Stains on sheets and towels. 4. There are no toilettries in the bathroom considering it is a 4* star hotel. Complaint is not taken seriously. No manager on standby. 5. There is no shower curtains on bathroom, so you take a shower and it floods on the floor. 6. One morning our water was suddenly cut off without no warning at all. My daughter went out to check and they said they are fixing something and water should be back in 15min. This was unacceptable. They should have informed beforehand if even if it won't take long for it to be fixed. 7. No kettle. You have to rent for €20 euro which is a very small kettle enough for 1 person to drink. 8.

The location was pretty good. The room was spacious. Lovely receptionists. They try to help however I think there should be someone who knows where things are. We asked for thicker duvet or an extra duvet but the temp. receptionist doesn't know where they are.
