The place in the Center of Prague, the nice room, the extremely friendly staff, the rooftop bar with a fantastic view over the roofs of Prague, the meals in the rooftop restaurant, it was excellent!

I would suggest power points by the bedside for multiple devices. The shower was great but the glass partition was not properly installed. As a result, the bathroom floor got wet each time we showered. Good to also have a magnifying glass in the bathroom.

The staff was rude and te elevator was always busy. A 5 star hotel with only one elevator dosent make sense. The elevator was for the client of the hotel and for the client of the two bars one in the top of the hotel and the other one in the bottom. Have to wait 10 min for the elevator to go to the room and this is not a normal thing for a 5 star hotel.

The noise when I switch on the light at the bathroom, the elevator as you have to pass by the bar first, and many of people use it are heading to the terrace roof more than to theirs rooms.

The location is excellent, near to everything, the room was lovely, but a little too warm, u can t control the AC,a little dark, the light of the bathroom was a little bit noisy, it was a noisy room even I asked for a quiet one in a quiet floor, but I think it was not possible as the noise comes from outside due to the location in front of the historical clock, The breakfast was not bad, you have anything u need, chocolate, bread, champagne, tea, cheeses, eggs, meat, sussages, ect....

I could not fault anything, as everything was perfect.

Breakfast was delicious and so much variety to choose from. I especially enjoyed the prosecco and exquisite selection of cakes served every morning. The staff were very friendly and approachable, the hotel was the best 5* hotel I have stayed in on my travels so far. I will definitely be returning to stay at this wonderful hotel.

Slow checkin - but seems more about EU requirements than the hotel's fault (passport scans, multiple forms to fill which could have been pre-taken from initial reservation). Room was on the warm side and was not able to adjust, but was fine.

Beautiful, boutique style. Don't come here if looking for large corporate. Do come here if looking for something different, but still sumptuous, welcoming and professional. The rooftop bar was one of my favourite ever bars, with the most revered view in Prague, but no pretentious setup - and it was 30 steps from my room. The room itself was quirky, nestled into the top floor, again with amazing view. Very comfortable beds. As central as you can get - walkable to many sights within minutes. Drink/food options abundant. Black Angels cocktail bar directly below hotel is superb, and novel; it deserves a visit.

This is the BEST place to stay in Prague!!! We stay in the junior suite and could not be More happier. We’ve come back many times. Adam is wonderful and helpful.

No real moans, the lift was out for a short period, and when you are on the top floor those stairs are a bit of a climb if your of a certain age. However this was resolved quickly, so not a major issue.

Great location, a very pleasant stay would recommend to others.

Didn't like that you had to enter the hotel through a bar and reception was on 1st floor.

Room was gorgeous, very spacious, mini bar, comfy bed. The hotel was lovely, fabulous period furniture everywhere, beautiful. Could hear Astronomical Clock from our room, didnt bother us. Would stay again. Breakfast was lovely, great selection, 20e per person.

While the staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful, I did have 2 meals served where one was incorrect and the other had a item missing. However these issues were dealt with quickly.

Absolutely brilliant central location, right on the town square. Hotel was spotless, amenities were first class, room cleaned every day, staff were polite and very friendly. Food and drink were lovely, rooftop bar and Black Angel cocktail bar served amazing cocktails, well worth a visit for hotel guests and public. Would definitely recommend.

Hard to say we didn't like it, but if we could make a few small changes - the room is very cosy but a little dark to get ready - there could do with a small desk with a mirror and bright light to see for doing make-up. One of the lovely things was the location but the sound of the bells from the nearby clock throughout the night did wake us up a few times. The rooms were very warm but it was easy to open the windows to let a little air in. We had a day without hot water but this was not the fault of the hotel and they provided bottled water to keep us going and were very apologetic. It was a minor inconvenience and the water repairs were conducted quickly. If you like to watch television in your room, you will need a Czech translator because we couldn't log onto anything apart from Sky news on repeat. There is Netflix but couldn't work our way around logging in! Not really anything to complain about.

A fabulous experience from arrival to departure. The hotel has beautiful atmosphere and respect to its history but has been maintained to comfortable modern standards. Staff in all functions showed interest, cheerful and friendly attitudes and paid care in the little details. The room was cosy, traditional with vintage chic comfort and the location in the heart of the Old Town was beautiful. We were on our honeymoon and, after the chaotic days of preparing for a wedding, it was the perfect place to unwind. The breakfasts were plentiful and tasty, the restaurant and bar choices wonderful and the Black Angels cocktail lounge was a little world of its own. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.
