The price is pricey for what they offer. The breakfast was poor. You better skip it and buy something from the supermarket.

In our bathroom there was a hand soap missing. The bathroom door weren't providing enough privacy, also in our opinion the half opened shower isn't the best option as it causes flooding the floor everytime showering. Front room door were very creaky which was a bit irritating. I think there could also be more people working on the breakfast because the lone guy who worked there seemed very busy and even though he couldn't refill food on time (but he tried very hard) Nevertheless we found the hotel very nice and we could choose it again

The room was very clean and comfortable. Localization was perfect, 15-20 minutes to our every "must have to visit", the breakfast was good as usual in that kind of hotels. We were very content about the tea and coffee in our room. Also the other guests were very kind.

I just stayed there for a night they were flexible with late checkin and early check out it was bit easy for check out. Secondly the place is exactly adjacent to tram stop which was good as well .

When I was in the restroom the last customer didnt flush the toilet so I saw something that I shouldnt see in the toilet but beside that everything was fine

The entrance was quite hard to find, and there were some defects in the room that could've been an easy fix. Also the Bathroom is quite small.

The Hotel had very friendly staff, and it's nicer on the inside than it looks from the outside. The bed was very comfortable aswell.

The room was quite small and simply furnished with outdated furniture. Through the window facing the street we could hear noise and trams at night. Parking on the platforms is not twice comfortable. The reception is in a different entrance than the hotel.

Breakfast was OK. Staff friendly. We appreciated that they let us park in their underground garage for a few hours after check-out. Clean and fairly modern bathroom.

Met the cleaning staff one day when we were going out, and they asked if we were checking out. We said no and showed them the housekeeping sign that we hung on the door-asked for some clean towels, tea etc and the person literally handed them to me. We didn't want to be rude so just took them, but asked them to do it after we leave since we didn't want to be late for our appointment. Returned to the room in the evening, no tea or coffee, the dirty towels were still in and the pile of fresh towels were left on a chair. Something they need to improve. Also the rooms don't have air condition. Difficult to survive in hot summer days so a fan that actually serves the purpose (there was one small table fan) would be helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located a few meters away from the tram stop. There's an Edeka close by so it was easy for us to get water etc. Overall the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the check in/check out was easy.
