I only stayed in the hotel overnight because of its proximity (3,5 km) to the airport. There is a self check-in option, which is quite comfortable if you check in late. The room was clean and spacious.

Maybe a little bit more choices for breakfast, for example also plant milk and/or sweet buns and/or smoothies or whatever. One room I was in (first stay) didn't have a desk and a door between the bathroom and the main room but the second did.

The value for money is very good because the hotel is really not very expensive and still close to Baden-Baden so that we needed only 10 minuted to get to Oos. The restaurant is also very good (probably the best in town) but it would be even better if it had more vegetarian meals as well.

All the dead animals scattered around the hotel... really bad, bad taste... to see all of those forest animals that were shot by cowards and their heads hung (even in the breakfast room!!). Really awful. Even the bedheads were made with skin & fur of some beautiful animals that deserved to live. The restaurant had no decent vegetarian / vegan food, apart from chips and some salad.

The reception was very friendly and easy. The restaurant was excellent, both food and service. There is a lift enabling easy access to all floors. The rooms are spacious and provided with a bath rather than a shower cabinet. The beds were good and comfortable. The breakfast was varied and adequate.

The hotel is full of character and tastefully decorated. We were made to feel very welcome by the helpful staff. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and tea/coffee making facilities are available on the ground floor. There is a nice indoor swimming pool & sauna which was perfect at the end of a long day of driving. The hotel is well placed - near the border, for those travelling between France & Germany. We have stayed several times and look forward to our next visit.

I liked the Location, it's easy to get to from the train station. It is a quiet location and the surrounding area is lovely. Very easy to get to the airport. Hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. I had to checkout extremely early the next morning so we took care of everything the day of.

We booked the hotel as after a long journey we anted to have parking available (so no stress) and then the option of a Sauna. Unfortunatley the Sauna didn't work.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and they did not have any toppers to make it more soft and comfortable. The cleaning staff were wonderful and added several bedspreads on top of the mattress to try to make the bed more comfortable but it didn't help much.

The room was very clean. The breakfast buffet had wonderful choices and was delicious. I really liked having access to a coffee machine in the morning prior to breakfast. The surrounding area was beautiful and I enjoyed my balcony. The cleaning staff were very friendly.

I have nothing to complain about. It is located in a countryside, but adjacent to Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden Airport. You might walk there if you don't mind.

Everything was awesome! Especially, their hospitality is equivalent to a five-star hotel. I misunderstood the breakfast time and came at the ending time, but the staff (maybe Frau Hirsch?) welcomed me and said to me 'langsame, bitte' (You can take your time, please.) Of course, the food they serve was so delicious and a lot of varieties! (buffet style) Four kinds of bottled jam are a must!! Unfortunately, on the day I visited, they had a mega transportation strike across Germany. I talked to another staff (Herr Hirsch?) about what I should do during the stay. And he kindly made recommendations and he was so gentle and generous and flexible. I will definitely come back if I could go to Germany again in the future. Another staff (maybe Tochter/daughter) was so cute and kind, too!

The cleaning staff doesn't know what rooms are occupied for a one night stay only and break into your room several times per morning even if your room is locked.

The rooms seem to have a balcony which is a nice bonus, even if you don't plan on using it.

Certain things are quite old , so might take time to adjust. Early morning checkout the way to reception was locked so had no idea where to drop the keys.

Beautiful on the outdoors with very nice seating areas, very nice restaurant, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Everything seems to be working as it should. Exactly 3 Kms from Baden AirPark (if you have no luggage the walk is beautiful). The village is beautiful as well.

The bathtub is very high. I was travelling with my older mother and was scare she could hurt herself trying to climb out of it. Even for me was a challange to come out. Would suggest you look into modernizing/renovating that aspect.

Perfect location if you are travelling out of Karlsruhe Baden Baden Airport) The public bus stop is 20 meters away with direct route to the airport route, stops right in departures. The breakfast was very good. The restaurant is fantastic. We had dinner and the german food selection was phenomenal. Not only will I come back because of the hotel, but would love to enjoy another dinner like the one we had. Perfect.

double bed made up of two singles which separated during the night, very uncomfortable there was also a problem to get a spare key to access the room. person at reception initially refused to give me a key to access the room.
