You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Accessibility to public transport. The hotel is just opposite of the Train Station. The price is affordable with a breakfast buffet included. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

GermanyThe rooms are not that clean , the flush in the washroom was just pouring out water and was defect. The rooms are not cleaned during your stay . Just the house keeping changes the towels or adds up to the already present ones . We had to remind them to add in some body wash dispenser which was empty at the time we checked in. Breakfast menu is also basic and we had to ask them to fill in the empty baskets of bread , or to fill up the milk pots.
The location is really nice it’s right outside the station . The men at the reception were really helpful however on the day of the check out the lady at the counter was not that friendly . Overall a decent stay if your aim is to use the hotel rooms just for crashing a night

Looking at the reviews, my hopes were not high, but the room was a decent size and had all I needed. Breakfast was free and comparatively good. At the price, excellent, and we had no problems. The bar downstairs (is it part of the hotel? I don't know) was a bonus.
