I waited 20 minutes to check in, I'm not exaggerating really 20 minutes, (there was one person in front of me), the actual procedure took another 15 minutes. I didn't have the strength to deal with the fact that the staff took a copy of my passport. Why ?

That it is stated there is a kitchen, when there are no utensils for cooking. There are pots and a pan but no chopping board, bowls or knives or spoons for cooking. Only utensils for eating. You couldn't get it at the reception either so you cant really cook

For the hotel rooms a soap dispenser at the shower would be nice.

Bit of an odd location / setup in an old flat. Still very doable for a few nights and due to the location good value for money. Due to construction work the google instructions for parking aren't quite right. Friendly staff and a simple but nice breakfast.

Something had dropped (asthray/detergent maybe?) on the floor and was very stinky. We had to pay an extra 14Euros tourist fee that wasn't mention anywhere in the announce. It gives access to public facilities and discounts on public transport, so probably ok if you're staying for a couple of days, but we were only staying overnight so it did make a big difference in the price. Most probably mandatory in every hotel though.

Perfect location to take the ferry the next morning (15min drive). Calm area even with the undergoing works in the street. Ok for a night-stop.

It's an apartment building converted to hotel rooms. Extremely clean and well equipped. The location is also quite good, across the street from a mini shopping mall and the tram, and 15-20min on foot to the S Train.

Problems with Wifi quality and if you arrive later there could be problems with finding a parking lot.

The price isn't the best, even considering the height of the season (60 euros per person per night). Location is pretty remote as well if you plan to spend your time in the downtown area. Finally, the temperature in the building was extremely high even though it wasn't that hot outside. I had to keep my windows open the entire night

The hotel is simple, but for one night excellent. It is well connected by public transport in a residential suburb of Rostock. Our room had a kitchenette with kettle, toaster, fridge etc. The communal showers and toilets were very clean.

I wish shower gel and shampoo were included. But they weren't listed in the facilities, so I was ready for that.

The room was very clean and cozy. It housed a small kitchen with everything you need! I've never met this before and was really excited about it! The staff is friendly and polite. The location is very convenient for trips to Warnemunde. The trip to the center will take some time, but it is convenient: the tram stop is located 1-2 minutes walk from the hotel.

External appearance is daunting - doesn’t look welcoming. No restaurant or bar. Interior decor of corridors is Spartan. You need to bring your shower gel etc with you, not provided, but towels are.

Friendly welcome, basic accommodation but clean & safe. Comfortable bed, good soundproofing from exterior noise. Good bathroom, only hand wash gel provided so bring your own shampoo etc. Cooking facilities in room, Lidls supermarket just around the corner to get yourself an evening meal as not many restaurants in walking distance. About a 15 minute walk from Lütten Klein station.
