It was really cold in the room even with all heaters turned on, which caused a lot of discomfort.

Great breakfast. Comfortable room. Nice locations if you need to stay close to the airport. Called a cheap taxi to the airpoprt for me.

Easily accessible from the airport/train station to City Centre via taxi or bus. Taxi fare is about 20 Euro. The bus stop is right out front, and is a short ride to the airport center Historic property (local post and guest house). Staff were especially helpful (helped carry our suitcase upstairs to our room). Room was clean and comfortable, and opened out above the courtyard below. We did not eat breakfast or dinner there due to our activities, but the dining room is quite cozy. We stayed there again when returning to Munich to fly home. Definitely would stay there again.

Know that because of the age of the inn, it does not have all the modern amenities. That was fine with us. We did not have breakfast during our stay, but having access to coffee would have been a plus.

Great location, near Munich airport. This is a family-run Guesthouse/Post/Alehouse with a delightful atmosphere. There is a nice cozy dining room and a beer garden just outside. The staff were very accommodating to our need for an early morning taxi back to the airport. They called and arranged it for us. We stayed there when we first arrived in Munich and returned 2+ weeks later on our way back home. There is a delightful Italian restaurant just down the street that the hotel recommended because their dining room was closed for a private event. The bus stop is out front and very easy to use to go to Airport Center for a plane or to catch the train into City Centre. Highly recommend.

The booking.com address was inaccurate in Apple Maps. The correct address is in Steig. Kitchen was closed over the weekend starting Friday. It was okay and the hotel refunded my Saturday breakfast cost. There was an excellent dinner option Friday a short walk away. The hotel is located on a fairly busy street so there was traffic noise all night but it was a good trade off for the ease of getting to the airport.

The kitchen provided excellent food. The owners waited up for my very late arrival

Unfortunately my booking though Booking.com was not properly received by the property, so the doors were locked when I arrived. I called the property to get in and then everything was fine. The location is somewhat remote - but there is a bus connection to the airport or to Freising from where S-Bahn service to Munich can be reached. Just plan some extra time if you need to travel by public transportation.

The breakfast was served at the restaurant located in the main building. Selection was decent and very tasty. The room was spaceous and clean but rather simply furnished which was okay for my purpose of just spending the night to reach my flight early next morning. The restaurant at the main building is very delicious Bavarian cuisine - recommendable! :-)

To be completely honest, I had only booked this hotel because the flight was delayed and I had to spend the night in the area. I looked around and found this hotel, affordable, looked cosy. And it was cosy upon arrival. The room was good, there's a bus connection almost in front of the hotel straight to the airport. Several flights were delayed and there was a whole influx of people who suddenly needed a place to sleep. Several stayed here, and the lady at the reception managed to keep up with all the incoming reservations and people suddenly showing up. It was hectic, but she knew what she was doing.

Wonderful staff, really nice and very helpful in booking taxi for early morning airport flight. Really nice restaurant in charming Biergarten. With incredible good food and local beers as well.(Erdinger) Prices were also fair, IMO. HIGHLY Recommended. Thank you for having me.

The reception closes at 10:00. The first day we had a reservation, we were late so lost our room. This was mentioned in their description, but obviously was a negative in our case. Also, rooms facing street are loud.

A good location, close to Munich airport. Owner/staff very friendly & helpful. Great restaurant serving traditional Bavarian food. Room was small but ok. Good value. Located in a quiet little village which was nice to walk around.

Better choices in the city and it's easy to travel to the airport from the city. The bed is very small. There's was a raised platform in my room which is the same color as the floor. I fell more than once in the room.

When we arrived the front door was locked at the ‘Inn’. The phone number both in German and English was posted, however we had difficulty making a connection. We had to use the number listed with ‘Booking’, to get their attention. A little disconcerting.

Away from the ‘Old Town’ where you actually meet the local people. The meal was excellent and the staff attentive.

The only problem was getting there. The bus does go right there but it was locating bus stop and tickets at airport. Taxi unreasonably expensive.

it was noisy at night. I think it was the fans from the kitchen that was left on over night on continuously ( i am not sure if this was the noise) . I could here it through my room,

We arrived late, the receptionist was lovely and booked taxi to collect us for next morning. We were late booking dinner, and they we fine with this. Food was lovely. Staff very friendly. Was a great stay. I would stay there again.

It was a little more expensive than on previous nights spent near Munich airport, possibly because of Oktoberfest? Also the lighting in the room was not very good ... with lights only by the bedhead and in the bathroom as far as I could tell.

Hospitable guesthouse just 5km from Munich airport. A highlight was dinner, with a varied menu of German specialities to eat and drink. My room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
