Some would maybe appreciate a bit larger room, but it's perfect for the traveller who wants to explore the city (and not stay in the room).

The property needs renovation. Unfortunately, some things in the room and corridors looks old, something broken. For example, back panel of the bed. We paid 15€/ night for our dog, but unfortunately we were given only 2 small torn blankets and not a full dog bed. When we had problems with noise came from mini refrigerator, receptionist wasn’t able to help us even with an advice. In a room for 2 persons there were only one bathroom toolkit and 1 bottle of water instead of 1 per 1 person (and this bottle was the one for the whole stay). Very often wifi was very bad in a room, online calls didn’t work

The location of the hotel is amazing, very close to the main sightseeings. It was very comfortable that the room is large enough for a family of 2 and a dog. We enjoyed calm backyard view and also very good beds with comfortable pillows. Also many thanks for the staff that helps to enter and leave the hotel when everything around was blocked (due to the protest).

The shower shield wasn't working very well, it made the whole bathroom floor wet. It needs to be replaced

Location of the hotel is very good if you plan to spend a lot of time at museum island. Not too far from mitte either, and it js walkable. Room was very big, and everything was clean

Our bed was broken but the staff fixed it on the second day after we reported that it was like sleeping in a hammock.

Nice hotel, easily accessible to public transit and places we wanted to go.

The central air conditioning system is boisterous and works only as heating so it was impossible to cool the too warm room. The lunch buffet in the restaurant is too modest and basic for the four-star hotel. The wellness space is basically just a small fitness room with sauna cabins beside it.

The location is very convenient, next to all the main tourist attractions and the city centre. The room and bathroom are spacious, and the bed is comfortable. There is also the possibility of a special pillow-type request. The staff is kind and helpful.

Prices in the lobby bar were really too high, also room prices for such a modest hotel seems too high. Still location is perfect - maybe that's a "clue".

The kettle was a bit temperamental and switched on and off at will… small issue. No big problem

The value was good, although, at 220 Euros per night, it could hardly be described as inexpensive -- but for central Berlin, this is not a bad price.

Can't beat the location -- it's very central, and an easy walk to two U-Bahn stations (though not much is going on after dark in immediate the neighborhood). The staff were very helpful in accommodating my early arrival (i.e., stored my luggage for me until check-in was possible), and were also helpful with my few questions. The breakfast was generous and of high quality, in a comfortable room on the ground floor. I didn't try out the bar, but it looked like a pleasant room. My room was very comfortable, quiet, and generously proportioned, including the bathroom and shower. Windows to the east faced the Auswärtiges Amt (Foreign Service), a rather dull modern building -- so, not much of a view, but good light. The AC functioned quite well on a low setting. The hotel is diagonally across from a whimsical statue of a mother bear and 4 pair of bear cubs at play! About equidistant from Hausvogteiplatz (U2) to the south, and Museuminsel (U5) to the northeast.

We loved our stay and would love to come again. However when we arrived there were two open safety pins on the floor next to the bed, which gives the impression that the room was cleaned in a rush. Otherwise everything was lovely.

The shower wasn't very hot and the shower's water stop-thi g wasn't very big, so the water ended up all over the floor anyway.
