You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SwitzerlandThe first room was dirty and had no paper towel lol! At night the ceiling was leaking in the hallway of the room on our jackets hanging on the wall. The room’s telephone was not working and we had to walk across to the main building’s front desk to tell them about the leak!As a result we had to repack our stuff and move to another room. At least, as a goodwill gesture the front staff should have offered us free breakfast or something or a cookie but nothing.

United KingdomHad to change room because my shower leaked. Second room shower also leaked. Rooms were dirty. Rooms were not all the same, my double was worse than my business partners double room. He had a had bath and shower I only had a shower for the same price. Ordered double bed room and got two singles pushed together, therefore falling through the crack. Rooms were located in the building across the street away from reception and facilities. No iron or ironing board per room.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Hair dryer built into the wall in the bathroom.

Hungarythe hotel was very helpful. I arrived early in the morning, so they were able to store my luggage, since you can only check in from the afternoon. The mattress was so comfy. the hotel is in a very good location. The cathedral can be reached by a comfortable walk in 10-15 minutes, and it is very pleasant to walk along the river bank. the breakfast is very varied, I think everyone will find what they like. The pool is a little bit cold - but refreshing
