Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Maybe add another pillow to the bed. The pillow I had was very flat. Even doubled over there was not much pillow.

A lovely quiet property with very helpful host. We arrived very late and the host was able to open the door using wifi, which made it very convenient for us. There was enough parking for all. Large comfortable room.

Minor problems with shower and toilet, but they didn't stop us enjoying the time.
Location is very quiet - mostly we heard bird song - yet just a short walk to the Kurhaus concert hall. Every time a little issue came up, the host fixed it quickly and with no hassle at all. Be sure to get a Guest Card which entitles you to free bus travel to places like Murnau. You can choose which breakfast place you prefer. There are several to choose from, except on Sunday.

It would be good if shower gel and shampoo were provided. A kettle and fridge with cups would be ideal for relaxing and would complete the home from home feel. But everything else was excellent

The towels were mismatched and rough to the touch. I suggest to invest in nicer, softer towels.
Villa itself is a beautiful structure, very elegant and classy. The parking provided in front is very convenient. This is a very spacious accommodation, with plenty of space for your luggage for example, which does not always happen in a hotel room. The bathroom is also big, and it looks great. The bed is comfortable, the view is great, and it is a very peaceful area. It is within a walking distance to everything in Bad Tölz. The city is a proper gem and it is worth visiting and exploring. We enjoyed our stay here, danke!

Too many stairs. Windows are too high to enjoy a view.
The one staff responsible was very good - Andreas. He was warm, friendly and accommodating. Just really pleasant to communicate with. He was very quick to respond to all questions and requests.

The carpeting as I just don't likes it (even if I think it functional for noises). The shower was quite old with visibile limestone.
The lock system of main door and room, so that no worries about the keys. The dimension of the room and the available space for everything!!! The windows: with light outside, the room had a wonderful illumination!

It could use a do over, everything is clean and tidy but old.
Well located, guests are left to their own devices and that is good, no fussing. All arrangements are handled digitally, no keys, only number locks, cheap parking.

Unfortunately, there was a missunderstanding with the description of the rooms.. the max number of people consider that kids should sleep in the same bed as the parents (also for Single beds)! Which is something I personally never experienced before in my life... I was expecting that an extra bed would be made available -> which was possible but for an additional cost. After some calls, the owner and us came to an agreement to upgrade our reservation for a bigger room for an extra cost. But the hassle could have been prevented... in my view, a single bed is only for 1 person and nothing more.
The Villa is in general ok and the room are big and clean. The check in and out is fully automated and very efficient. The location is very nice, close to a park and up a hill, which makes a beautifull view.

No facilities at all. No coffee anything (Nespresso/water cooker), no shampoo. Very dated, stains on stairs, carpet so so. Way to expensive for the offered facilities.

Bathroom was clogged up and it wasn't clean enough. Some of the door locks were faulty, they were a nightmare to open. It was over priced as well.
The location was good, it was close to the town centre. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We had an excellent stay at Villa am Park. Our room was spacious and quiet and from our window we even saw cows grazing. Check in and check out was smooth and we had a parking space directly in front of the house. Great, quiet location to explore Bad Toelz and surroundings. Excellent value for money.

Too much noise from the rest of the building seeped into the room, the proprietor sprung on me the fact that there was no space for my car on their property and I have to use public parking outside the property. During travelling there are very few things that irritate me more than a accommodation proprietor looking at me and being like: "Is that a god damn car you brought with you?!?!??!?!?"

Beautiful villa in a quiet location, easy online check in, no key, only code. Host sent all infos via email and is available via phone. Option to have a breakfast in the hotel nearby (2 min walk). Perfect!

Generally in this price range, the hotels and their facilities are older, specifically our room smelled, apparently it had been smoked in before and you could smell it from the old furniture.
I cannot rate this accommodation as we were moved to another hotel due to the event. It was promised a better accommodation but it was only average. Generally there was no problem with parking and the restaurants and cafes in the town were very good. The location is beautiful, but since it is a quiet spa town, it is more suited as a starting point for trips to the surrounding area. You can see the town in one day. I rate it as average, neither bad nor particularly good.
