Walls are very thin, so you could hear people snoring in the next room. Loud water/heating pipes all night long.

Bed was comfortable, check in and out was fast and automated, room size was OK, location was only a few minutes away from the subway, good and clean facilities.

Very thin walls and therefore noisy if anyone was in the general areas. Everything was very clean, except the microwave which needed a good clean inside.

There are no people at the reception, so it was a bit confusing when I got there and didn't had the code for the main door, there was no one there to help me or to clarify at what time I would receive it.

I didn't like the fact that we had to share only two bathrooms, one with only a shower and the other with only the WC. It was really inconvenient for the amount of people that we were. Also the sinks in the bathrooms were too small and even to wash our hands we made a mess on the floor. Another thing is that the "wordrobs" in the rooms were too small and it barely fit our stuff inside.

The rooms were clean and the beds were really comfortable. I booked three rooms for 6 people and we all agreed that they were spacious enough and we all really liked them. The kitchen was well furnished, with two big fridges and even a big freezer. There were also so many kitchen utensil, pots and pans. The boiler and the coffee machine were really appreciated and we used them a lot.

You have to be ready that the heating system is off. This what I had at night during last stay. It was freezing and blanket didn’t help. No additional blanket were found.

There's a huge weird "table dance and more" place near the hostel, so it was uncomfortable to walk from the subway station past this place late evening.

In general, it was a very nice and clean place. It's obvious that the owners care about the guests, there was everything that you need: soap, coffee, tea, a fully furnished new kitchen (including the coffee machine that makes delicious coffee).

The contactless check-in is impersonal. I usually depend on staff to give me advice and recommendations.

This "hostel" felt more like a hotel/hostel hybrid experience, and I was very impressed with the establishment. It was immaculately clean, there was clear email communication from the staff, and it had unexpected touches such as towels and a TV in the room. I loved that there were recycling receptacles for plastic and paper. It was easy to reach from the city center via train and a short walk.

Negative aspects of My Hostel: - it’s located between two strip clubs/brothels - cold water in the shower! The water just didn’t become warm, even when I took a 15-20 minutes shower... - very thin walls, so you can easily hear the other guests talking in the kitchen (luckily, those guests were mindful and retreated to their rooms before midnight at the latest)

Good things about My Hostel: + no reception = no human interaction (you can always contact the staff vie email/call/chat when needed tho!) + close to subway station and bus station, the subway arrives every 4-6 minutes (it’s a 20 minutes ride to the city center) + next to a pizzeria for late night snacks + communal kitchen with cooking utensils + power outlet right next to the bed + small table fan for hot weather + one water bottle and one soft drink as a welcome gift (I was really grateful for those, as it was quite hot during my stay) + disposable house slippers + clean bathroom and toilet + due to the pandemic, each bathroom and toilet is assigned to specific rooms; thanks to that, I rarely had to wait to use the shower

Noisy room - our room was close to the hall door which was very noisy when others guests were coming in and out (the slamming door would wake you up). On top of that, the our room window was facing towards the street, which happened to be noisy as well. Warm water pressure in the shower at the second floor was rather low, properly washing longer hair was a challenge (but it might be the eco-sustainable feature? - even if, instead of saving water, it just takes extra long to take a shower). Nitpick - the room we stayed in could use a bit of fixing, e.g. there was a random screw (or two) in the wall, the nightstand lamp didn't work and a flynet in the window would be a nice touch.

Overall, everything was clean (room, kitchen, shower). The place looked modernized and maintained. The kitchen was nice and well-equipped. (with cutlery and othe). It is outside of the city centre, but located on U bahn. Although there is no reception, the check-in and check-out process was flawless.

It was cheap cheap and more cheap. Cheap bed, cheap bed sheets, cheap towels, no AC, it wasn't a great experience and for that reason I wouldn't recommend staying here. It was uncomfortable, hot, suffocating and not nice sleeping here.

The location of the property was pretty good and it was easy to get around to explore the city however the room was very basic and by basic I mean cheap and nasty it was definitely not what we expected and would not stay here again.

The accommodation serves as a hostel for Polish workers who are very noisy in the mornings. For one night, this accommodation is great, but for more than that, definitely not.

It is a hostel without a private bathroom. There is also a kitchen in the common area, and if someone wants to make a coffee at 5 am in the morning you will wake up at 5am.

Actually nothing to complain about. It is a hostel, so do not expect too much!

It is a very clean place, well renovated for a hostel. It is in the industrial area but at a good location as the U2 metro station "Moosfeld" is just nearby. It is really very well located for the Messe München! Just don't forget it is a hostel and you share the bathrooms and the kitchens. But just usually with one other room and you get free coffee!
