Bathroom sink was little dirty

Room was very big and so was bed. Bathroom was alright. Breakfast was simple but good. Location super.

The bathroom was quite cold and towels did not dry. It was very inconvenient since I was travelling with kids.

Quite unpleasant staff, who acted rather rudly with me. The place was empty and it felt like there was no single sole staying there. Highly overpriced, definatly would reccomend to avoid

Slightly unclear service, e.g., I got broken door lock card, but it was not replaced. Instead personnel suggested to use other one. No air conditioning and no ventilation in the rooms.

Very spatious rooms, also very clean. Seems like some social project as all staff were elderly people working like family. Friendly attitude. Child was provided with extra bed with no questions. Location is just at Ratsplace, but noise did not disturbed as our windows were different direction.

ATTENTION - GENUINE PIECE OF ADVICE - DON'T BOOK EVER ! It was one of the last choices in Tartu that day, but since I booked late, had to stay somewhere, but didn't think it will be SO TERRIBLE. All started when I followed google maps to be the place where hotel is supposed to be. But oh hello it was closed. There were no signs about what to do, who to call, where to go. I kept looking around maybe I just am at the wrong entrance. Finally called the hotel, somebody answered.. First question was - do you speak Russian, luckily I do, because elsewhere probably wouldn't have been able to find out what to do. So I suppose the owner of the place said that he's really sorry for inconvenience but they are closed for renovation, meanwhile I should go to a hotel called Barclay near by. That hotel was like stuck in 80's, from service to rooms. I got a room in the attic with no sound isolation at all and dogs living near by in the another apartment. Bed size was made for children, breakfast was edible but poor. Their price is 1/2 of drakon hotel so for it I guess it would been okay, but not for what I paid. Worst experience in my life! Would have left immediately but it was late evening without any choices to stay elswhere.

The room was dusty and cold. The receptionist was tired and grumpy. If you want to come to your room after 11 pm you need to either use a shady back door that's always unlocked or call the receptionist's phone number so she would wake up and come open the front door. There was NO buffet breakfast as advertised. Instead they asked what time to bring the breakfast to the room. I said 7, but did not get anything by 7:30 by which time I had to check out to get to my train. They then apologized for forgetting and quikly packed me a paper bag with a sandwhich, banana and a bottle of water.

The location was good. It had a bed to sleep in. There was hot water in the showers. That's a pretty low bar, but at least there was that.

The staff not available on the check in desk. The furniture in the room old, scratched. Faded, stained chairs. the voices of other rooms could be heard through the walls, the noise and the music coming from elsewhere did not stop until 3 o'clock in the morning. There were no guiding where to go to breakfast.

Got the same room as 6 months ago and the bathroom was in the same condition - one lightbulb did not work, shower and sink tap head had so much limescale that they did not spray properly. Wifi was not working properly as well and was painfully slow. Other than that it was fine.

This hotel is very run down and should be closed. Everything smells and feels 25 years old. Walking through the hotel it feels abonded since most of the lights are off and no one is at the reception or in the hallways. The staff is very rude and gives you a feeling of unwelcomesness when interacting with them. We had issues with our room cards not working and had to go to the reception, since no one is working there you need to call a number and after a long wait the lady working there came and gave us a big nasty stare when she chame to open the doors. The breakfast is very bad and old/dry. The fruits where half rotten and covered with fruit flies. I would necomend to stay somewhere else, this place is truly disgusting for is apparent standards.

My family and I have stayed at Draakon Hotel and enjoyed every bit of it. It's clean, tidy and cozy. The lady at the reception who is probably the owner too was super nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend. Fantastic experience.

It would be nice to have a fridge in the room but no major problem.

A traditional hotel situated in the main square of Tartu, opposite the Town Hall. The rooms are simple but have all one needs for a short stay. Wifi worked well. Breakfast is served in the restaurant of the hotel and it was absolutely great, with a very rich choice.
