Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel is so nice very clean the service room it’s really good a little bit slow but they are good but the all the stuff in the reception is so rude very rude I never ever ever seen any hotel. The phones guest 2× 10 o’clock in the morning to remember them they have to check out I feel with all the stuff in the reception is so so rude very rude it’s so expensive hotel, very expensive compared for the other hotel besides them you have to pay for everything even the parking for the car you have to pay for If you would like to visit this hotel, you have to make sure you got loads of money and you’re gonna pay for everything. This is the second time for me to stay in this hotel, but never againl

the checkin: long wait, and the staff doesnt even greet you the noise: the music coming from the "club" was so loud in the lobby, it will give you an instant headache the elevator: they are old, so the magnetic keys dont work very well the cafe (in the lobby). the staff does not even acknowledge you, and when they finally bring your order they fill the drinks with ice and over charge the room: small the housekeeping : seemed annoyed to bring a towel and waterer priced overall its a one star hotel pretending to be 5 stars..... I would avoid sitting in the lobby you will see many prostitutes (the are friends with some of the staff)

The staff are regularly not answering the phone, and even if they answered, the requests are ignored or they are fulfilled late

I was strongly disappointed about the mixup upon check in about my reservation, the 1st receptionist lady said my reservation is not there at all then we waited for 30mins and she said I need to contact Booking services so I sat in the lobby to call and explain the whole situation, then it turned out it’s just a name spelling and she had my confirmation number since the beginning but she wanted me to edit the name via booking calls services! Despite that we’re tired and waited for an hour there.. I believe that receptionist should have more education and experience on how to handle these kinda situations efficiently while providing comfort to the costumers. That situation was exhausting and busted our entire day ..
I liked the aesthetic design of the hotel along with all the provided services

1. Bed sheets are old 2. Lock of the door has a problem with I reported and not done 3. The card which gives access to the floor does work all time 4. Room service wont answer the phone for a long time 5. I've paid cash for the room service and they didn't give me back the left of the amount 😳

It took forever to check in at the reception, the access cards would stop working randomly, the lobby was chaotic, the rooms are not soundproof at all. The place is very overpriced for the service offered.
The location was good, the breakfast was very nice and the cleanliness was ok.

The rest of the staff were terrible. They didn't know what they were doing. Even the simplest task, like checking out, took several members of staff together an hour to complete.
The guy who served the drinks in the executive lounge was fabulous. The views are good. The location is good.

Breakfast was average. They originally put me in a smoking room when my profile is clearly non-smoking. Dealing with different concierge when one didn’t tell the other what had been arranged for drivers etc.

The staff were unhelpful and were only interested in getting tip. They would come up to show the room and open a balcony door and then ask for a tip!! For the money we paid, the value was low. In fact had to get another room as the plug points did not work and the tap was leaking.
