We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Elevators in working condition. Airconditioning in the rooms to be much more effective. More counters in the reception required as it depends upon only one person always.
Indian restaurant as also the breakfast were very good. The property has no elevator in working condition and hence one has to do lot of clibing by stairs. This was a negative factor in a place where you choose to relax.

The restaurant was not at the level I could expect. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was plentiful and there was always something to eat, but ....overall what was on offer was quite standard and not exiting and underwhelming, especially the meat and fish, fruit and dessert dishes. In the end it seemed each meal resembled the last one...morning , lunch and dinner with little differences.
The hotel has good sized rooms with easy access to the Pool and several beaches, towels provided. Beaches have immediate access to some corals for snorkling. Beaches are well equipped with sun chairs , showers , a pool side bar. The hotel is at one end of Naama Bay and able to walk directly to the promenade and into the main night life area on foot. Staff were friendly and reactive , bedroom was a good size , no noise surrounding so a good nights sleep. Good air con. The restaurant had Gluten Free bread each time I asked.

AFTER WE HAVE BOOKED THEY INFORMED US THERE IS RENOVATONS - THAT DIDNT BOTHER US - BUT THE LIFT WAS BROKEN AND HAVE TO GO ON A TOUR OR SEE THE RECEPTION WE HAVE TO WALK UP 93 STEPS - THAT WAS THE ONLY THING WE DIDNT LIKE.
we have enjoyed everything - the breakfast - dinner - tours and the beach

The only minor issue was that our key cards stopped working a lot so had to go to reception to get them re-scanned. I understand the system is being replaced though so hopefully won't happen to anyone else.
The chef made gluten free bread as my friend is celiac which was nice. The resort is a good size and the beaches that are connected are gorgeous - good value for money. Would recommend eating at both restaurants

We booked a Panoramic seaview room. We got one with partial sea and pool view. It turned out that all the rooms facing the sea were under renovation, but somehow still being sold. We complained and got a more modern room with slightly better view, but still frustrating to have to spend time on complaining, moving etc.

some employees constantly coming up to me asking me if I wanna do certain activities when I politely say no thank you and they keep going when I was just trying to enjoy my time and wasn’t ready for that activity yet.
it was a very amazing place to be, so much to do, so many activities, everything about it was amazing the food was delicious, the pool was nice, are room get cleaned very nicely.

We had to wait a long time to pay our bill at the Indian restaurant. Reception and security made it difficult for outside taxis to enter.

1. The bed sheets were terrible - they weren’t soft and not the hotel quality standards I’m used to. The fabric felt like it’s been washed too many times without being replaced instead. 2. The people hustling for sales at the beach and pool especially when trying to relax 3. Lack of golf carts around the property - really hard getting g around because it’s so big!
The overall resort experience was beautiful both during the day and in the evening. I also loved that everything was available in one location. best part was the warmth and love provided by the staff

The hotel property is stunning. The views are incredible. The rooms are lovely. It’s on a mountain so there are a lot of stairs that get old after awhile. The staff and pool are wonderful. The restaurant is great for breakfast. We ate dinner there one night and it was dreadful. There is an Indian restaurant on the premises that gets excellent reviews on the internet and local word of mouth. We didn’t have time to try it. The beach itself is not wonderful unless you are a snorkeler. It was a bit too rocky to spend a long time in the water. We prefer the pool anyway.

Some of the staff were very friendly and some not so friendly. Some helpful, some not so helpful. We were quartered on the very last row which made every trip to the pool and beach a workout...and, the elevator broke.
The scenery was beautiful. The decor was very tasteful.
