empty apartment, no supplies of anything that someone could need. it could have some basic supplies ,like washing liquid, fresh coffee ☕ etc. No oven for cooking as well. host wasn't the happiest person ever as I had to check in around 2100 pm. The building is noisy and loud door bangs and loud voices are to be expected.

greatest location ever and the apartment is big and spacious and it looks good.

A reasonable sized En suite bathroom. However, slight issue with the hot water as the boiler needs some attention and leads to loss of hot water mid shower. Informed the owner, so hopefully this will be rectified soon. Be aware that the apartment is situated inner city centre so can be excessively noisy at night at weekends due to close by bars which close very very late. This is something we were fully aware of, so not a surprise or issue to us.

Very friendly and helpful owner. Welcomed and introduced us to the apartment with great communication.Able to check in early and agreed to late check out at a very small cost. Comfortable bed. Ideally located for easy access to all bars, restaurants, shops and beach. Easy to reach from airport by local bus services. Short 5 minute walk from bus stop to apartment. Lift access. All facilities available for comfortable self catering.

I was there at a quiet time of year but because it is so central there are a lot of bars and restaurants so I would imagine it could get quite noisy in the more touristy seasons. Something to be aware of.

Polite, helpful host. Excellent location. Nice little flat. Bed was very comfortable. Felt safe with camera in the hallway and solid doors and a decent lock and secure entry downstairs.

Forget getting to much sleep at the weekend. very noisy most of the night. it didn’t bother me as I caught up my beauty sleep with a siesta. But will book again for sure

Nothing really!

Communication before and during the stay. The accommodation was perfect for our short stay. Great location, with bars, restaurants, shops all really close. Postiguet beach and several museums are all within 10 minutes walk. Airport bus stop and tram stops are also really close.

Note - We liked everything, but our host warned us that the weekend would be noisy at night, and provided ear plugs - very thoughtful! It wasn't too bad though, and we only used them on one night as it didn't last for long. A balcony would have made this apartment perfect, but it's so close to bars and squares it wasn't needed, we just stayed out longer!

Central location, short walk to beach, castle and market. Good links to bus and tram to explore further if desired. In the heart of old town, just minutes from excellent bars, tapas and restaurants. Perfect apartment for a couple. Very clean. Great host, friendly helpful welcome. Good WiFi. Comfortable bed. Would stay again.

The location of the apartment is great. Close to the shops, beach, cafes and restaurant 2 minutes from there. The apartment was very clean and really spacious and kitchen equipped with everything you need.

There was no reliable internet connection which made the stay pretty frustrating at times. We got only one set of keys for two people for a four-week stay although we were promised a second one. Super noisy, especially on weekends. Fungi and mold in shower area.

Really there was nothing to dislike, except for some nearby noisy building work which started on the day before we were due to depart, but even though this was nothing to do with the owner, he was quick to say he was sorry for the inconvenience.

The property was clean ( there was even an intermediate clean half way through our 7 day stay. ) it was perfectly situated for a variety of restaurants and shops, and the parking facilities were close by.

The only slight issue I had was on my last day. I was unaware that my taxi which was booked to take me to the airport was not allowed to the apartment so it meant a 5min walk.

Mr Luis was extremely helpful. he sent maps of all the areas to visit and where to shop. I wanted to join a gym during my stay and he took me and translated for me. location was ideal with a 5 min walk to the beach. I was there for 3 weeks and the apartment was cleaned on four separate occasions which was excellent.

Nothing really. However be mindful about the noise. As we were there in November, it wasn't too bad noise wise, but I can imagine it can get quite loud during touristy season.

Fantastic host. The flat is a one bedroom (not studio). Spotlessly clean, very comfy bed, kitchen well equipped and with a washing machine. It is located bang on in the old town with loads of restaurants and bars just a few seconds away. We would definitely come back.
