My family and I had the pleasure of staying at the Boutique Art Villa Maria this October, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, Stefano and Walter proved to be excellent hosts, going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They provided us with fantastic recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and day trips, which truly enhanced our time in the area. Their passion for the region was incredible, and we felt like we had our very own tour guides. The villa's atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and we immediately felt at home. The attention to detail and the artistic touches throughout the villa made our stay unique and enjoyable. The Apartment was not only comfortable but also beautifully designed, reflecting the artistic flair of the property. We couldn't have asked for more attentive hosts or a more enchanting place to spend our October vacation. We left with wonderful memories and a strong desire to return. The hosts Walter and Stefano were just perfect - friendly, warm and inviting for a relaxed time away in the sun. The downstairs modern villa for 5 of us was just right in terms of facilities and the added bonus of the outdoor space. Fully kitted kitchen, and with the little supermarket at the end of the road, its perfect if you were to even come out of season and restaurants may not be open in the evening. The main beaches are less than 10 minutes walk away, with some other quieter beaches like Bado Beach about 22 minutes away. The bus stop for buses into Olbia is a short 4 minutes walk away. We didn't have a car, but everything was accessible and easy. We will definitely be back!

We stayed in the downstairs unit. It was extremely comfortable, quiet, well equipped and in a perfect location. Our stay was very relaxing. The nearby beach had a majority of Italian visitors so it did not feel like a tourist trap. A perfect getaway. Thank you Stefano for being a great host.

The property was perfect for our family of 4. Everyone found the beds comfortable and we all had good nights sleep. The living area has all the facilities and is comfortable enough if you want to spend the night in. Location if perfect for exploring the local area. There are shops, restaurants and a beautiful beach within walking distance. Hiring a car is a must if you want to explore further out. The host (Stefano) was warm and welcoming and was always available to help. He was more than happy to provide us with a comprehensive list of when and where to visit. Thanks Stefano.

This was a fantastic holidasy, I'd give it 11/10 if possible. The villa is ideally situated on a quiet street, just 5 minutes walking distance to the beach and 50m from the a small but very well stocked supermarket. The fantastic apartment is tastefully decorated and furnished, from the terrace you have a magnificent view to the sea and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need if you want to cook. But the real highlight was our host, Stefano. Our plane arrived very late so all the restaurants would be closed. When Stefano heard this he prepared us a delicios and healthy dinner, speachless... And he charged us only the cost of the ingredients, hospitality at its best! Just last little touches that made our holiday so comfortable: there are beach umbrellas available that you can use free if you don't want to pay for the beach beds, there are also a lot of beach toys that our daughter really enjoyed, in the apartment there is a big library with a great selection of books. We can't wait to come back next year!

Guests with small crying child in the other appartment but this is out of control of the owners who did their best for our comfort.

We really enjoyed the stay in Villa Maria. Top highlights include great see views, breakfast on the terrase and plenty of beautiful beaches in the near distance of the house. The big advantage is also small shop that is located in walking distance (up to 150m). Villa Maria is situated in a quiet street so the location is recomended for those who look for calm surrounding and privacy.

Walter & Stefano made sure our stay was amazing. because everything was closed because of Easter they helped us out by arranging groceries, restaurant reso’ and a airport pick-up. if you want they also have a lot information on what to do on the beautiful island that they are so proud of. the apartment was very clean and has everything that you need. its only 5 minutes to the beach, there is a small grocery store, pizzeria and bus’stop in walking distance.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

We had a wonderful stay - Stefano and Walter are great people, they’ll make sure you feel welcome and provide great suggestions and recommendations! The house and apartment itself are stylish and cozy, garden and interior are very tasteful and kept immaculate with lots of love to the details. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom’s bright, the terrace is spacious and just perfect for late and lazy breakfasts! A small supermarket is just 50m from the residence and provides everything you need, a huge supermarket is 3 minutes down the road. Pittulongu’s beautiful “house beaches” are just 4 minutes away by car, all great places and spots of the Costa Smeralda are within 30 minutes driving distance. Altogether the perfect homebase to discover the east coast of Sardegna and the warmth of their people along the way! Thanks a lot!!
