Genuinely nothing to mention.

The property is situated in a good location within Archena. It has secure underground parking where you can also safely store a bike (in a stand). The facilities within the apartment were decent for cooking and ideal for washing / drying clothes. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was good too. I would highly recommend and will return in the future.

The apartment was very clean and has everything you need, only the kettle we needed , but we ask at reception and get it in 2 min.We are arrived shortly after 12 midday and have checked in no problem, room were is ready. I will definitely recommend this place. Thank you.

We were met by an energetic bubbly lady on reception - she was extremely helpful and accommodating - the room was immediately clean and comfortable with superb views from the balcony - the restaurant was welcoming and the food was excellent and well priced - we had breakfast and dinner there - all in all an unexpected and welcoming stay 😎

Huge rooms and terrace. Very clean a d well equipped. Really quiet too, slept well throughout. Handy basement parking with lift. Definitely be back. Exceptional.

The bed wasn't the best and it only had one long pillow. Would definitely prefer separate pillows. Everything else was perfect :)

We have been coming to Archybal for many years. The comfortable apartments make us feel like at home. Everything makes your stay more pleasant, the full kitchen with clothes washing machine, comfortable beds, shower system and even an underground parking garage with your own remote! You have a balcony to enjoy some fresh air. All is spotless and CLEAN. The Archena thermal baths are pretty nearby. Miguel and Olga, your hosts, are very caring and will make sure you have an enjoyable stay.

There was very little soundproofing, people speaking or coughing in other apartments was easily heard. The wifi - while usable- was rather slow. The parking access was very tight. It worked with the smaller rental car I had, but would have been impossible to use, if I had my own car there.

The apartment was really large and nice. The daily housekeeping was very thorough. Even though they spoke no English at the reception, they managed to understand me and explain everything to me quite well. The area is a relatively calm, residential one, just a few minutes from the nearest highway.

The "private terrace" for our suite was directly above the restaurant terrace where people were smoking. We are non smokers and found it quite unpleasant at times.

One night some of the neighbours were making noise closing and opening the doors every five minutes during the night, but this was more about the conduct of the people than the property. I can recommend to soundproof the doors to try to avoid this.

Dinner was edible at best. I would probably go somewhere else to eat.

Studio apt is modern, comfy big bed w/ terrace facing quiet street. Ample space for a 1 night stay. Nice 1km nature walk to the balneario. They give you a voucher for the spa, which was a nice surprise. Free parking is included but decided to leave it on the street as there was enough parking near the hotel. Met the owners during dinner and they were very nice. Decent Spanish-style breakfast.

Many visitors smashing the doors because there is no door handle only a door trigger.

Nothing, everything was great.

The property was very spacious and well supplied with all the essentials. It had secure underground parking and was only a few minutes walk into town. We don’t speak Spanish but we still managed to communicate with the staff. The apartment had a washing machine but due to our lack of Spanish, couldn’t work out if it was also a tumble drier.
