Sofa-bed is not particularly comfortable. Weird electric setup (light-switches for the rooms were outside the room, switch off the living room lights only possible with a particular combination of 2 switches...).

The apartment is as in the pictures. Located close to Sants train station and possible to reach city center in a 30 minutes walk. Reasonable price compared to other options on same days in Barcelona.

Apartment old compare the pictures. One of the rooms didn’t had a curtain so we did has trouble relaxing in bed fue to neighbours turning they light on and off. Some cupboards in kitchen were about to fall and shower was very tight and small

The apartment is located beside the street, you will heard the noises of busy street and the loud noise from the main door of the bldg everytime it closes. The rooms have no window. The receptionist (a man) was very arrogant and don’t know how to talk with respect!

The apartment is big enough but not the same as posted on the pictures. It was clean and complete kitchen wares.

The flat we were given had nothing to do with the pictures advertised-it was a huge disappointment! Small and uncomfortable bathroom, one of the bedrooms was facing internal space without any proper ventilation or air con, the place was not particularly well cleaned, the TV was not working, half of the bulbs in the living room were not working! We could not sleep the first two nights because of noisy parties next door, which flat was also rented by the same agency. When we complained, we were told that someone will be sent to speak with the group making noise, nobody came. Would not repeat at this property.

The door to the building is very loud when it closes so much so it woke me up every time someone used it. Needs another comfortable chair in the living room, for fourth person. Bathroom door was filthy dirty

I'm not a rude person, not the princess I`m works in a similar company in Poland, so i understand that something can break, etc.but I had no contact with the staff, I tried to find out what access code I have, etc. I only found out in the evening before my arrival because I called there, finally someone answered. thank you! I went to visit Barcelona with my sister, I was very ashamed in front of my sister, the photos are very different from what we found. The apartment is very run down and needs renovation (especially the bathroom). I will not go back there. I am sorry.

The place was a bit dirty and destroyed (spots on the walls, moving toilet, bad small in the bathroom, broken chairs). The pictures must have been taken a while ago.

use of app based entry. There should always be options for manual entry of access codes to enter into apartment. I had few hiccups as well, before finally getting the right weblink for entry into apartment. I saw few guests struggling to get in without any internet or phone network, even helped couple of them by letting use my phone.

It is not good that the box with the keys was in one house, and the apartment where we lived in another and we had to walk with suitcases 500-600m and all together took an hour and a half. In the first apartment there were significant technical malfunctions and a day later, after many calls and messages, we were moved to others (although there is a positive that we were not ignored and tried to fix the case). The bathroom door did not close in either the first or second apartment. Technical malfunctions need to be revealed and eliminated before check-in of visitors, instead of in time - it took away our time and nerves

Location in 10-15 minutes. from Plaza de España and from Sants Railway Station, the nearest metro station in Tarragona (after Spain Square, take another stop). The support service was constantly available on WhatsApp and by phone and tried to solve technical problems that arose during the settlement (I will not describe, because the problems were solved and compensated). Many people write in the reviews that the support service does not work, but this is not the case - they try. Thanks for contacting and solving the problem of Amit and Cynthia

It was very noisy during the nights we could hear everything from the neighbours. Also, the apartment looks quite different from the photos.

It has a good location 5mins from the metro and 1min from the supermarket. 10min from the National Gallery of Arts.

Although we indicated in the check-in app that will arrive at around 14 pm, they did not read it as they did not tell us, that entering the appartment is not possible before 15 pm, no matter that we arrived one hour before, after a tiring, long journey from Hungary. On top of this, the elevator did not work before 15 pm(!!!), so we had to carry the heavy suitcases up by foot, to th 4th floor... At the end a cleaning lady help us and let us in the appartment, after telling her that we are angry and tired, as we told them that we are arriving sooner that 15 pm. If they responded saying, that apologies, but check-in is not possible before 15 pm, we would not go to the flat before... The company is after paying them the price was nnot communicating with me at all, although I tried to reach them by phone that there was a severe clogging inthe shower. The did not respond to the phone ringing nor responded to my mail, I sent to them. A very bad, customer service..
