Pool small and a bit hard to get sun lounge but managed. Walk into main tourist part of town a bit long.

Very convenient to train station from airport and to bus station. Bonus upgrade given with bonus bottle of cava.

Although close to the Train Station we would have preferred the hotel to be a little closer to the old city but this is a minor quibble.

We liked the general atmosphere & modern decoration of the hotel. The location was approximately a 25 minute walk from the old city. We also enjoyed the meals we ate in the evening in the hotel bar.

Price too much, room overlooking a roof, bed too soft, wallpaper started to come off in some instances.

Excellent location: above the train station, 2 min walk to bus station. Breakfast super: hot (bacon, egg, omelette, toast) and cold (cereals, yoghurt, fruit, Spanish and ‘non-Spanish’ ham, many sorts of cheese). Sweets. Fried egg (fried omlette) with diff fillings made on the spot. In a shopping center (which has a food shop).

Little pricey but worth it.

Great location next to train station and rental cars. Easy walk to all attractions. Allowed very early checkin after overnight flight from US. Great buffet breakfast.

The rooms only had a mirror in the bathroom, we needed mirror in the main bedroom. The pool bar only opens on the weekend so it’s not good on a weekday if you want to sit up there and have a drink in the day.

It was a nice, clean modern hotel and good location. I would stay there again.

Nothing - except a non leaking kettle !!

Arrived very yeaerlym, but the staff succeeded in finding us a room that was already made up. Room was faultless except that the kettle leaked !! We reported this to the 'front desk' but in spite of promises, it was not changed. But that was just a small bleep on an otherwise excellent stay. Superb bedroom and bathroom facilities, and the restaurant was producing excellent food with energetic excellent service. A good location, right by the main station, but there was a 20 minute walk into the heart of the city

The poolbar was closed on the Tuesday of our stay which meant having to go down 8 floors to the bar for a drink and we couldn't order food on the rooftop either. The bar staff weren't friendly at all. Also we were literally followed into breakfast by the man in charge of breakfast asking us to pay with the credit card machine in his hand - we were still putting food onto our plates!

Fantastic location, train literally from the airport to the door of the hotel. Loved the rooftop pool and bar, cocktails were good. Slide is cool! Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

IT was playing up at check in. It took several tries to establish my line of credit on the system. Due to this we had to pay for drinks with cash.

Pool bar was closed on the Thursday when we arrived.

The bed was the nicest bed we've ever slept in in a hotel! Sooo wonderful, we slept incredibly well! The breakfast buffet was really really good as well, very much appreciated. Fun with the slide from 1st floor down to the ground floor, even as an adult you want to play! :D Nice gesture from hotel management to come and give complementary sweets and water and a hand-written thank you card! Very tasty Sangria in the pool bar.

The shower wasn’t poperlty sealed. Water flew out on the the whole bathroom floor. The situation was well handled by staff.

Good quality hotel, but quite high prices for the quality of the room (e.g. stains from the refrigerator's ventilation on the wall, probably after many years, wallpaper peeling off in the corners, ...). Since eating out nearby is easy, we did not try the hotel's breakfast and cannot comment on it. Although, we suppose it does not have many vegetarian options, let alone vegan options (as many Spanish hotels still do not, unfortunately).

Ideally located near Málaga's train and bus station. A 20-minute walk from the historical city centre.

The hotel is at an excellent location being close to the train station and with a bus stop in front. The service at the front desk, the restaurant and the breakfast lounge was friendly and professional. The slide from the first to the ground floor is such an innovative item in the building.

NOT ENOUGH STORAGE SPACE IN THE ROOM

ULTRA CLEAN HOTEL AND A VERY HELPFUL STAFF. WE VISITED GRANADA BY TRAIN FOR THE DAY THE TRAIN STATION IS 30 METRES FROM THE HOTEL BY A WALK WAY. YES 30 METRES. TRAIN RUNS TO MALAGA STATION FROM THE AIRPORT.

The room was a bit tired, wonky tap in the bathroom, curtains marked and a bit shabby, dust on the floor. Some of the communal areas needed a bit of TLC. Pool area was very busy with not enough loungers although space was limited. Pool bar not open in the Easter break despite pool area at 4/430pm full.

Good location next to the train station, smart bar, breakfast and pool area. Staff friendly and helpful.

Clean, Spacious well presented hotel - lovely room, decent size Roof top area was great & whilst wansnt huge was also not overcrowded. Decent location - everything within a 15-20 min walk, but plenty within a 5-10 min walk
