Airco was not properly operating during our stay

Only the beds, too soft for me, maybe someone find them good. :)

I stayed only one night so I didn't have the time to use the pool. The staff are very nice and helpful. The room a little bit small for the price. One of the beds was really noisy, the bed was not comfortable, they were too soft so it was not good for my back. The room was clean, and tidy, no complain about that. The location is very good, closed to Las Setas and La Muralla, easy to walk around and find the main attractions in the city. The surrounds are safe, we get to the hotel at midnight and not issues at all walking around. There are buses coming just in front of the hotel and around 1.5km to Santa Justa Train station where you can have the train to Madrid or bus to the airport, nice walk as well. Good breakfast, I am vegan and I ate well.

AC didn't work for two days; no breeze through the room with the window open. Room fairly small and kind of dated.

Great location. Rooftop bar very nice for the view.

The corridor was a little noisy at certain times of the day.

- Good location: most (main) attractions are within walking distance. - There is a supermarket downstairs if you need anything. - A lot of restaurants nearby.

Price point would be at higher end for a 3 star hotel.

Helpful staff. Taxi to airport very punctual. Enjoyed rooftop bar.

The hotel needs updating. Rooms very depressing. Bathroom needs updating. Beds uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend the hotel, expensive for what you got. I stayed in 4 star hotels for much less.

Very noisy, not a place for those who plan to sleep in. Walls seem to be paper thin. Each morning we were woken up by sounds of moving furniture (maybe by the cleaning service).

The rooftop pool area is awesome to relax after a long day

The room for two adults one child 3 beds very good. spacious. Pool on roof, children and adults enjoy the view over the rooftops to the Giralda.

Requested parking 7 months previous but no chance. No restaurant open at night or hotel bar, room had problems but resolved ( curtain rail crashed down at 1am) sink was partially blocked.

The room was a little small, but I understand it is in an old city.

Breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety. Plenty of choices. The food was fresh. They served freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

The room was not sound proofed, meaning you can hear if your neighbour has the TV on or noise from the street outside. Wasn't too bad but just a small negative point. Also the pool was freezing cold so only my son braved it. I imagine on a very hot day this wouldn't matter! 🤣

The room had everything we required....kettle, a safe and a hairdryer. There are also vending machines for snacks and drinks. The beds are very comfortable. The location is just 5 minutes walk from "las setas" the huge mushroom structure where there are lots of bars and restaurants. Staff were nice, especially the pool / maintenance guys.

Room lacked ventilation - one window on aromatic, sometimes noisy internal airshaft. Was very stuffy & stale breathing experience. Privacy compromised, could see into several opposite rooms (and vice versa).

Never know what kind of bathroom I'm gonna get. This time the toilet was so close to the sink that I had to put my legs under the counter. I'm over 6 feet tall and found it uncomfortable.

I've stayed at Don Paco several times and I find it very comfortable, clean and a perfect location.

In a good location 10 minutes to the mushroom area pity about all the buses a bit noisy with the traffic overall it was a pleasant stay
