We booked this for the heated pool and it didn’t exist! The main pool, small pool and jacuzzi were all the same temperature- cold! Lunch seemed a lower standard than breakfast and dinner.

There is a lot of food. Every meal time there are literally hundreds of individual choices! There were lots of deck chairs. Some of the evening entertainment was quite good. The all inclusive drinks were good and lots of things were self service. The staff were so lovely and polite.

The staff is amazing but one can clearly see that they have an exaggerated workload, particularly in the bars. Multiple cases of gastroenteritis during the week we've booked...the entire island according to the local news. Make sure you only drink or brush your teeth with bottled water. Lack of variety in the restaurant

Great place get some sun in the fall. The hotel has standard conditions for an all inclusive. Clean and organized. Very friendly staff.

I liked the food and facilities were amazing. my room had an amazing sea view. I liked the bus to the beach and the Hotel manager and reception staff helped me return for a day pass and cake for my mum and son’s birthday. outstanding

The place was worn down. Broken tiles etc everywhere. Cigarette smell in the bathroom constantly. You have to like loud music until midnight because they have shows every night. But the food was the worst. It’s hard to describe, but it felt like they bought the cheapest products and slapped something together. We are not picky eaters and we ate several other places where the food was amazing. The last day we only managed to eat bread with butter. They also have a very unforgiving cancellation policy. We bought a room with free cancellation before arrival but once you get there, there is no way out(trust me, we tried). Normally they let you pay for one extra night. All in all you get MUCH better value in a lot of the other hotels in maspalomas.

I have been to over 40 hotels via booking.com. Friendly and professional staff. Okay facilities. Nice main pool and children’s pool.

staff was very inefficient,it took them 24 hours to give us second room that was booked(2 rooms because of big family).Due to their mistake room was also on the opposite corner of the same floor.Food was not so good and staff gave us uncorrect information on things we have asked(not well informed).We also had problem with opening the door in one of the room.

There was honestly nothing to dislike.

The Hotel is fantastic! The staff are an absolute credit to the hotel. On Thursday night we had abit of a medical issue when my partner took an asthma attack and was later diagnosed with pneumonia at hospital,. The staff in the hotel very quickly jumped into action. A lady called Emeilie from reception was so professional and calm which really helped keep the situation under control, even including upto check out she kept making sure everyone was fine and also a gentleman from reception who's name I cannot remember was an absolute professional! The staff at Mirador Maspalomas by Dunas are an absolute credit to this hotel!

Old doors, cracks, noisy from the hallway. Breakfast and dining room looks like a canteen and is very noisy.

I've celebrated my birthday at Mirador by Dunas and have been very surprised to receive a Birthday wishes and a bottle of Spanish Cava as a gift! A special thanks to attentive hotel managment and staff! I do recomend this pleasant hotel to everyone who is planning vacation in Maspalomas
