The pool area was a little tired, it was the start of the season so maybe they will make improvements! Other than that the hotel was fantastic.

From check in to departure everything at El Hotel Pacha was excellent. Cava on arrival and then a room upgrade were gratefully received. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The gift bag was brilliant.

The only minor point I can think of is the slow closing of the elevator doors. But when you're on vacation, that doesn't matter too much.

The rooms had an interesting layout. We had connecting rooms, which is always great for families with kids. Staff was helpful, breakfast excellent and beds were comfortable. Most people probably come here for clubbing. We explored the island in February and were happy the city center is at walking distance and there's a big parking lot available to guests.

Great value for money, especially, when travelling out of season in January. I got a free room upgrade, it was spacious and clean. It also had a lot of different lamps, so it was nice to choose the light based on the mood. The water pressure in the shower was the best I've had in Ibiza. The breakfast was typical mediterranean, so mostly sweets but you could order eggs and there was cheese and jamon. The restaurant downstairs also serves great dinners. The octopus was amazing!

no kettle in the room (only a posh coffee maker), but fortunately I realised this in advance so had brought my own 😂 (tea is essential for Brits) 😃

Proximity to Pacha is ideal, and is especially useful in winter when you don’t want to deal with the extremely long cloakroom queue in the club (on NYE). Breakfast on NYD was served until 1pm (as an exception) although tbh it was still very challenging to get up that ‘early’ post-Pacha! Breakfast til 5pm on NYD would be ideal ;-)

It was a lovely, immaculate hotel with spacious bedroom and walk-in twin shower room. There many attentive and friendly staff (special mention to Eric & Melissa). Delightful buffet breakfast. Well located for access to the Marina and about 10-15 min walk to the Old Town.

The only thing I could say anything about is the fact that the hotel room 3206 had a connecting door I was unaware of during my stay .. other than that it was fantastic..

Loved the artwork all over the hotel from the reception to the bathroom.. it’s was a great restaurant and the furniture was amazing as weee the murals on the wall .. Service was second to none and I had an amazing helpful couple of staff to be mentioned.. Caroline Ramon and also the Wonderful Ivan .. Both ever so helpful and made my stay ..

I am so happy with my stay in the iconic Pacha Hotel. Everything was perfect. I was able to get a super early check in spontaneously, which is so special and so kind! I never was able to get such an early check in in any other hotel so far. The room was very beautiful and clean. Modern and beautiful design. The shower was very special and I even had a balcony. The staff was super kind ♥️ and the breakfast was delicious. The breakfast room was very stylish and breakfast times were really suitable for club goers. The entrance to the Pacha club was included for the night I was starting in the hotel. I needed to enter the club before 1 am and was a automatically on the guest list as a hotel guest. It was really easy and pleasant. (The club experience was incredible too!)
