Food at dinner could've been better.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The room was great size, all facilites were top! Staff was very friendly, the spa and its pools were superb! The bar was also fantastic.

Bigger pillows needed, but actually we liked everything!

This is one of the best all inclusive hotels we have stayed in. Can’t fault the place! Good size room Comfortable beds Large balcony with furniture Lovely spa area Good size heated pool, very clean. Good that the lifeguards move towels if people put them on loungers and then disappear for hours. Food was varied and good quality. Lots of choice. Different options every night. Drinks were fine. No waiter service in the restaurant but fetching your own drinks makes it quicker to get served! Entertainment every evening. Mostly pretty good. Service was great. Especially front desk, spa lady and entertainment lady.

Nothing I did not like

Fantastic facilities spa pool everything one of the best hotels I have stayed in in GC and I stayed at many hotels and been to GC many times. Staff wonderful let us check in early and food was amazing. We had AI the best option as the drinks were well worth paying for AI and good range of food. Indoor pool Spa and salt pool was fantastic all in the price so nothing extra to pay. Roof top terrace wonderful and view exceptional views with refreshing spa pool up there to cool off. Rooms were lovely with large balcony with seating and again lovely views. Everything in there you could want , We are going back next year.

- variaty of breakfast, only a few vegetarian option - had to pay for biliard, towel - air condition is located above the bed - asked for a quiet room (we were with a 4month old baby) but we got a very noisy one

Food was OK but could have more variety in terms of fruit & vegetables. Options were quite fitting for the tourist profile but some more healthy options would have been nice. Snackbar/poolside food order should be open all day after breakfast not close at the same time with lunch. Parking for free but limited spots available at the hotel so sometimes need to park at the street (even less spots there)

Great to stay with a little kid, staff is super helpful with above expected service. Room was very nice especially with the big balcony looking out at the ocean. Food allergies also taken care off (gluten) Seemed to be a lot of facilities available but we didnt use (rooftop solarium & hot tub; gym; spa; game room) Location good for car travels, 5 min to GC1 highway and in 20min to Amadores & Puerto Rico. 40min to Las Palmas Nice playground for kids

The only thing I have to mention is beds as it’s like sleeping in two single beds next to each other. if you are a couple is not so great but not a big deal.

Everything was great! We had such a lovely time! Everyone at the reception was awesome and professional! Staff at the bar and restaurant was amazing as well. The room was always super clean and fresh! Special praise for Olga as she was great and friendly. Activities were simple but she made them so fun and enjoyable! The food was delicious and plenty of choices for breakfast,lunch and dinner. The snacks and drinks were alright. We’ve never been starving and need a diet now!! and we loved the spa

Unfortunately there are no double beds in the room, only separate beds. Some rooms can be noisy due to music or ventilation, but it depends on the location of the room.

This was my second time coming here. We really love this hotel. Hotel is very clean, the breakfast and the dinner are super. The hotel has a great location, the ocean is about 400-500 m and the bus station is only 1 min. You can reach the Dunas within 15 mins. Hotel has a spa and a sunbathing terrace: they are not crowded. Wifi is very good, you can work easily from the hotel also.

You could only have water with dinner when you're on half board. It would be nice to be able to have a soft drink with your meal. Was not sure where you get gold clubs from to use the mini golf course and was hard to find the entrance to the indoor pool that you can see from the games room.

I enjoyed the rooftop jacuzzi and loungers as you did not get any children up there. It was also nice enjoying the indoor pool through the wellness centre.

Perhaps the cocktails weren’t that good, but the wine, beer and soft drinks were fine.

Overall it was a great experience for us and exceeded our expectations. The food was nice and plentiful, the staff were helpful, the location near the bus station and beach was good and the entertainment in the evening was varied and interesting. We’d recommend it for families and couples.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I took the half board, the breakfast was varied, with squeezed orange juice. The dinner was also varied with a lot of choices, grilled meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, desserts,... The Spa is really nice with an adjoining gym. The staff is really professional. The rooms are nice and comfortable. This 3 star hotel is better than many 4 star hotels I have stayed in. I highly recommend this hotel.

My room on second floor was not well located, overlooking the pool toilet block and into the hotel next door, perhaps because I was on my own in a double room. There was an extra charge to use the safe in the room. Very few English TV channels, with no BBC. Little information provided on the hotel facilities which I had to wander round and discover for myself.

The hotel is very conveniently situated to amenities and close to a main bus terminus with regular connections around the island. The room was large and comfortable. Lots of choice at meal times, with excellent service. Downstairs in the basement there are amazing facilities, with an excellent gym, spa and indoor pool, plus games of all sorts including pool tables and a bowling alley. During my stay they were almost completely deserted because everyone wanted to enjoy the sunshine outside.

I bought all inclusive, but ...food offered in hotel restaurant was monotonous, sometimes overcooked...but still tasty. Drinks were good , but I would add more of them to menu.

Hotel have brilliant location with shopping centers not far from it. Brilliant staff, extremely kind and professional. Good facilities.I liked everything what hotel had in his offer. Nice pool indoor and outdoor, with floating (salty ) pool, steam room ect. Game room offered poker tables, acces to internet, table tennis, bowling ... unfortunately for air hockey You had to pay ...but only 1 euro, which is ok
