Location of this hotel was excellent, close to tourist attractions. Large size room, excellent shower. Staff very helpful. Really enjoyed having a rooftop swimming pool, sun beds, seating area and bar. Close to cafe’s for breakfast

Some of the little things like robes and slippers that we’d had in previous 4 stars weren’t there which would have been a nice additional touch .

We would have slept better had the hotel not had problems with its air conditioning system, but these things happen and as it was February it was not the big deal that another guest made it out to be.

When I chose the Fernando for its location and smart rooftop bar, I hadn't realised just how popular this gorgeous city is. Whilst getting quickly in the mornings to the queues for the Alcazar and Cathedral was very helpful, we really appreciated being able to get away from the crowds and to relax up on the roof in the evenings. Looking at the Giralda, listening to its bells as the sun set, whilst sipping our drinks was magical. All the staff were friendly and efficient, but birthday cake and a bottle of wine for mine and my son's birthdays were really lovely touches. Despite its central location and the number of people outside at night, the hotel was remarkably quiet and I highly recommend it.

If there was one thing to mention, sound-proofing wall wasn't adequate. We could hear the noise from the room next door.

This is by far the best hotel we have stayed during our Euro trip. Exceptional in every way, location was great right in the heart of Santa Cruz, our room was spacious and spotless, breakfast was excellent, staffs were amazing, friendly and helpful, not to mention the surprise bottle of fizz on our arrival. Every little things do matter! Well done. The rooftop bar and pool were another added value. We regretted that we didn't have the time to make use of the properly equipped gymnasium. Save it for next time. Another hidden gem in the heart of Sevilla. It exceeded our expectations.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. After reading reviews I was looking forward to my stay. The rooms were clean and big. Hotel looked lovely and breakfast was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond and were always friendly and approachable. The Conciege even walked us to our taxi so we didn’t get lost! Would really recommend and will definitely be going back! Excellent hotel in very good location. Friendly, helpful staff and comfortable room. The cleanliness of the hotel in all areas was very good and we loved making use of the roof top bar, swimming pool and fitness suite. Breakfast was great, with numerous delicious options. Highly recommended.

Great location in the lively and safe Old Town area, a short walk from the cathedral and other main attractions.There is paid parking not far from the hotel. The hotel staff will take you to open the garage door for entry and exit. The service staff is very good. Give good help and have a great service mind.

Everything was just fine.

The big plus for this hotel is its staff - always helpful, friendly, and ready to give assistance. Apart from that, the location is extremely good, being on the edge of the old town, close to many of the sights and within walking distance of most of them, and about fifteen minutes walk away from where the airport bus runs. First-class breakfast.
