It got fairly noisy to where our room was located with other businesses about, but that was to be expected. The TV was limited to 3 uk news channels with others not having uk subtitle availability. This is a minor point but I'm struggling to find negatives.

Location and staff couldn't do enough. Especially the breakfasts were awesome! Definitely value for money. Especially liked the shower.

the issue I had with the first room is purely architectural and the staff cannot do anything about it. My stay was end of April and the heating system was still on. The pipes from the heating system lead through my room (# 305) and were hot so they heated up the room. This room faced an inner courtyard therefore there was no air circulation in the room. As a result of the warmth in my room I could not sleep. The staff switched me to another room to solve the problem.

Excellent breakfast with a lot of choice. Beds are good. Rooms to the back of the hotel are great, quiet and can be aired easily. Rooms provide everything you need. Staff is super friendly and helpful, they provide an excellent service. I felt very welcome. I had a problem with the first room and they helped me by switching me to another room because the initial problem could not be solved.

Air conditioner is a bit old which doesn’t have the temperature numbers on. We were sweating in sleep.

The free drink at the fifth floor bar in a partnership hotel by the sea was the highlight of my stay. The view was spectacular and the environment was relaxing. The breakfast was even better than the breakfast provided in a 4 star hotel we had stayed. The waiter was polite and friendly. I would like to thank the staff at the front desk for helping us to find a taxi in a short time. Without his help, we may not be able to get to the airport on time. I was too rushed to ask his name. He was the staff working at the front desk on May 8, 2024. I am here to say thank you again. Hopefully this comment can reach to him.

It was too bad that the hot tubs weren’t open, but this is a government requirement due to the drought. Nothing the hotel can do about that.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Many nice touches including tea time and the amazing buffet breakfast.

I found most of what I expected and what extra I needed I had or was available nearby to buy.

The location of the hotel is good for visiting the tourist areas. My room was spacious and had a nice balcony with lounges and table and chairs. The breakfast was sumptuous with something for any diet or delight.

This hotel is amazing value for money and as others have said, the breakfast is incredible. The staff are lovely, the location is perfect and it was the biggest bed I’ve ever seen. It’s immaculately clean with cleaver coming daily to change towels if you want. All in all a brilliant hotel

I can't think of a downside to other Galeon hotel. The only problem we had was visiting Tarragona by train because it took longer than expected.

Location is convenient for the town, beach and railway station. Room size was generous and there breakfast buffet was excellent. We were in the Pavillion section.

Just wish we could have stayed longer!!!

Great location, everything easily walkable, right in the centre yet quiet and away from the nightlife. Wonderful peaceful courtyard with small swimming pool, a real oasis in the middle of the town. Lovely welcoming staff, really great breakfast (and available until noon, which is wonderful when on holiday!) Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, can't recommend it highly enough. We'll be back next year!

The afternoon tea wasn’t great. Started at 3, when we arrived at 3:20 there was literally only tea and coffee. I guess we were expecting something else like pastries, snacks.

The location was most excellent! Close to the ocean and shops and restaurants!
