Isolation is not very good, you can hear people from hotel and the outside caffes. Also, cleaning ladies are very loud and they started at weekend around 9:30am and people are still sleeping.

Hotel has everything you need, girls at the reception are very nice and helpfull. Location is good, about 10 minutes from main bus station and 20 from the old town.

It was difficult to speak to the staff in English. It took 30 minutes to understand where the parking space is, what number is reserved, etc.

The room and bathroom were very clean as were the other parts of the hotel. The staff could not have been nicer. We wanted to stay close to the bus and train station and this hotel was close to both. We intend going back to explore Malaga and will stay in the Goartin when we do this.

Thin walls. The pillows were a bit too hard and high for my head to naturally rest. An alarm was set off sometimes in late hours, probably related to the elevator (it was later out of service). The shower gel was full of eye irritants and stung my eyes like crazy.

Close to the bus station and Lidl is almost right next to it. Window soundproofing is better than in the majority of properties. The extra darkening curtain does the job quite well.

As advertised it's a simple, no frills Hotel in a somewhat central location. Our receptionist was very friendly and helpful and spoke good English. Parking is a bit tricky but available at additional (advertised) fee in the Lidl supermarket garage some 100 yards away after getting the access key from the reception. There is possibly a closer garage next door for small cars but not really sure about that. Tip: unload any luggage first before you park the car at the Lidl garage. Room was indeed very clean which is always a good sign. Narrow street in front, fairly busy, with several food options directly across from the hotel. Don't expect anything fancy, neither from the room nor the food options. But the room - ours was facing the street - was surprisingly well insulated against noise! The bars stay busy late but the noise was cut off almost entirely when we closed the window. Didn't expect that. Can recommend for shorter stay, especially if one does not mind walking a bit to reach, for instance, a bus station or even simply be a champ and walk to the old town.

Proximity of Malaga metro and supermarket. With metro, we were able to travel to and from historic centre in about 20 mins, for 0.33 per person, per trip.

Very kind staff. Reception on 24 hours a day. Very clean room and bathroom. Not far away from the Malaga central railway station and bus station (some 10-minute walk). To the city center one should account for at leas 20-25 minute walk.

My room was on the first floor, and it was noisy. Despite the two closed doors between me and the reception, the loud talk and phone calls annoyed me a bit during the evening. Luckily, it was completely quiet at night.

It is a simple, small hotel not far from the railway and bus stations (about 500m). The location is good—I reached the hotel on foot without any problems. The subway station is also relatively nearby (300m).

The sound proof of the room is not good, I still can hear television sound and annoying sound from my neighbor room at midnight time, fortunately they just stayed one night. No fridge and only a small trash can in the bathroom, a little bit inconvenient for me.

Good location, just 10 minutes walk from train station, 5 minutes walk to La Union metro station, some restaurants and supermarkets nearby, it seems like local area. Amenities are included, Staff are friendly and can speak English fluently. It's a special experience for me that when I arrive the hotel entrance, I need to press the bell to open the gate. Then after check in staff gave me the password of the entrance instead of a key. Once password renewed, it would told by whatsapp.
