Walking up 5 floors could be a mission, even though it was a good way to walk off the yummy food. Wifi was not strong in the sleeping area, so we had to sit in the kitchen when we needed to use it.

The location was excellent right in the heart of Madrid, with Sol metro station 2 min walk. It was what we needed nice little kitchen for breakfast, hot shower and beds were comfy and was very clean, and we had the option of a cleaner to come in, which we did not need.

The service. The reception team started to communicate 2 days before iva WhatsApp. Then they called overseas to see if there were any queries. Then when we arrived offered to hold our luguages. Speak perfect English And very helpful a big well done.

Way too small for 4 people as we were. If you are 2 it will be perfect. When we stretched the sofa there wasn’t enough space for those who slept on the bed to go to the bathroom.

The location was perfect. Right next to Puerta del Sol. All the main landmarks were on a walking distance. The apartment had everything you need for your stay. Also the staff was very nice and friendly.

Some improvements could be made to make the apartment look more cozy, e.g. systems and pipes that are now visible on the ceiling could be covered. Moreover, something should be done in terms of soundproofing: the noises coming from the apartment above were quite annoying (this however also depends on the education of the guests).

The apartment is easy to reach with the metro from the airport in less than 30 minutes. We spent three days in Madrid just walking around and basically took the metro to only get to and from the airport, thanks to the central position of the apartment: Puerta del Sol is literally two steps away! It is a simple style apartment, equipped with the essentials. The self check-in procedure was easy, the access to the building and apartment with codes instead of keys is a smart idea. The assistance via WhatsApp was incredibly timely and competent. We appreciated the change of bed and bathroom linen that was offered on the third day.

A lot of stairs but it was advertised as no lift so fair enough.

Perfect location to start explore the city. And a just few steps away St Gines with their churros.

Overall the interior feels dated and needs refreshment, pics in the listing are made when everything was new and colorful. Access is only by App = you have only one key. Once in 5 entries, the App could not open the door, I had to try several times, reboot the App until finally it worked. Air conditioners need filter cleaning, when switched on, they emit unpleasant odor.

Top location and public parking quite near. The hosts can provide you with a discount for the public parking, which is a bonus, as it is quite expensive for a long stay. Although the apartment is on a very busy street, the window insulation is excellent and you do not hear the noise. Apartment includes a fully furnished kitchen and has all necessary utensils. Check-in and access is by using an app - very easy and convenient.

Mattresses were a little too soft. Air conditioning inside bedrooms didn't cool as well as the one in the living room.

The apartment was very clean and at excellent location, just a block away from Plaza del Sol. Kitchen was well equiped. Impecable linen and towels. Entrance to the building and the apartment was easy using the app. Personel at the office was very kind. It was really a great stay.

These are apartments, not an hotel at all. Communications, all is based on wifi which Spain doesn’t have very much, early check in is difficult, finding the property main door was difficult, they didn’t accompany us, forget about them booking an hotel for you. It’s basically an apartment, which is very nice, it’s not an hotel.

Kinda annoying that it was only me who had the keys. We are a couple and sometimes we wanted to do different things. The place needs a bit love on the walls. Some painting and decorations would make the place more cozy.

Very good location, Walking distance to everything! The check in and keys was easy and the apartment has a small kitchen, washing machine and comes with towels. On the third day they offer a free cleaning:) We are happy with the place.

Different from the photos: very small windows, so there was little natural light and the apartment was dark. Bedrooms have no doors, so if you are a couple you have no privacy. The couch in the living room was very dirty and the closet smelt bad.

Amazing location, friendly staff, possiblity to store the luggage after check-out, instructions to access the building and apartment. We were offered also a mid-stay free cleaning. Nearby there are loads of shops, restaurants, subway and rail station etc. The beds and pillows very comfortable.
