absolutely no soundproofing, the window didn't close properly and being on a noisy street, we couldn't rest at night. Very loud noise from cars and people.

Due to being on main road could be loud for people who prefer quiet, but we did not find any issue with this and slept extremely well, despite it being a busy road.

The location was absolutely ideal, right on the main road which was great for us. 30 seconds away from the metro station, amazing for getting to attractions quickly. The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was clean.

There's a bit of noise in the apartment but nothing too bad. Don't forget that you will need to park an expensive parking to leave the car around. The shower was a bit clogged which was not that nice.

Pillows were quite firm, shower is quite small getting in with the door and when the sofa bed is up, it’s hard to fit round to get to the bathroom. However, the positives outweigh this and would certainly stay again - these are just minor things.

Excellent location, great air con, spacious. Clean & powerful shower. Great being able to leave our luggage at the office. View is lovely from the balcony of the Main Street.

We would like to thank the Suites You team for the kind hospitality and great location of the apartment. The apartment was clean and the staff — especially Nawal — were very professional and kind. Her cleaning and positive attitude really stood out and made us feel welcome. However, the air conditioning was unfortunately not working well during our stay, and that affected our comfort, especially in the hot weather. We hope this can be improved for future guests. Overall, thank you for the service, and we appreciate your attention.

The property was located in the city centre which was close to the main attractions of Madrid. The double windows helped to prevent the noise from being heard from outside and this was great because we slept through the night. The size of the flat was adequate for two people and was cozy.

It's quite easy to get around the city since the train station is walking distance. A lot of shops around the area so it was fun shopping. The hosts were very accomodating as well and responsive to any inquiries we had.

The water pressure in the shower was very weak which made showering a bit difficult sometimes and the shampoo dispenser was empty. The twin beds were nice but they would just move away from each other in the night, creating a hole in the middle. Room was a bit dark with small windows but that seems normal for that kind of building.

The property uses an app to open the building and flat doors. It all worked great and they send you instructions beforehand. The location was also excellent, right in the heart of Madrid, a 15 minutes walk from all the main attractions. The staff were also really nice, and they provide a place for you to drop off your luggage, right around the corner. The kitchen and coffee machine in the flat was very nice, although we did not use it.

Couldn't get air on to work. It was also described as a two bedroom but it wasn't. The bed settee was in the kitchen and you had to squeeze past it to get to the bathroom. So probably more suitable for a family rather than 4 adults
