Fantastic, friendly staff - Carmen was exceptional in welcoming us despite our early arrival and she showed us how to get to the old town and the main sites. Despite some reviews stating parking was an issue, we found it easy compared to some other places we'd stayed on our road-trip and the parking entrance is right next to the hotel entrance. Quirky hotel with lovely pool terrace to cool off in the 30 degree heat. Very comfy beds, air-con and fridge in room. 15 min walk to Cathedral and main sites.

Nothing really.

A really nice hotel with friendly, accommodating staff and attractive reception areas. The rooms are a good size and the breakfast is great. It's about a 10 minutes walk into the heart of the old town and 20 mins to walk to the riverside, but there are bars and shops very close by. It's set in an attractive part of town with interesting, traditional buildings and local sights. Cordoba is a beautiful city full of amazing things to see - the Mesquita is incredibly interesting and historic; the Alkazar has gorgeous gardens; and the various different quarters all have their own stories to tell. It's smaller and quieter than Seville, and possibly a little more relaxed. Everything was easy to reach on foot. We took a couple of hours to relax by the hotel pool which was freezing but still nice to have some down time. There is parking at the hotel, but we thought it was a bit pricey and opted for one of the city parking lots where we got a better deal (once we managed to find it - driving in Cordoba is an adventure!).

The one thing worth a mention was having to pay for a bottle of water especially after receiving a bottle of fizz and chocolates free of charge on arrival. A kettle and tea making facility would have been appreciated . Parking isn’t cheap at €21 per day.

We could hear everything that was happening in the hallway, especially in early morning. There is no noise proof in the rooms.

Probably the mattress was a bit firm for my liking, but I'm a bit OCD with this. Pool was not available which would have been the icing on the cake for this visit.

Location was perfect, not too far out, but with all local amenities within walking distance. Staff were super friendly and very helpful when we had questions.

Pillows could be fluffier, dislike flat pillows. Rooms could be brighter, maybe lighter colour of bedcover as seemed too dark.

This is a very attractive hotel, and easy walk from the centre. The staff are pleasant and helpful and were very good about changing the booking and the room after the original room had traces of previous guests smoking. Only stayed one night and did not eat there.

Due to several pedestrian only streets, would be nicer if driving directions were provided to avoid these roads. Also no coffee available in room or in the lobby

Absolutely no soundproofing in the room. You hear your neighbours (especially in the bathroom through the ventilation luke), and you hear everything that is happening in the corridors. The room design and facilities are outdated, like from the 90-ties. Room already requires renovation. No tea pot / coffee machine in the room. No flip-flops, no bathrobes. Is this really a 4-star hotel?

Location of the hotel is very convenient, close to the city centre. Big underground parking, though it is very tight and a bit pricy as for the hotel guests. Breakfast is good.
