Room was a bit too small to open a medium large suitcase. In April the bar service was not available on a Sunday.

Great location walk to most places possible. Comfortable bed.

Breakfast starts at 7:30 am. Late for my own needs.

Great atmosphere. Silent and excellent location. Beautiful comfortable rooms. Extremely professional and nice employees. Great quality/price ratio.

We arrived late at night during check-in, there was a computer malfunction and it was not possible to get the room after half an hour we went out to eat, the hotel did not offer us any compensation or apologize for the delay and inconvenience

Breakfast was good, we found something for my son and for me. Fruits, juices, bread, various types of ham and cheese, absolutely everything you need before you go to city!

The location is wonderful: the hotel stays on the quiet street but in city center. There are all the shops, the subway, the restaurants near the hotel which is great. We were living on the mansard and so the view was nice. The room was the same like in the pictures: spacious, comfortable and cozy. The staff was friendly and pleasant.

Rooms were hot, though solvable by opening the window. Shower leaks water onto the floor which is a bit annoying. Can hear some noises from adjacent rooms.

Location was great (close to everything) though the street itself is a bit of a back alley. Clean hotel, nice staff and lobby.

There was nothing not to like about my room.

I had a lovely room at the top of the hotel. It was really spacious with a double bed. It had tea and coffee facilities. It had no bath, but a very large shower. It had a large TV.

Super nice hotel, smack in the middle of the city. I gather it would be a bit more expensive usually, which you could see from the price of the breakfast… I actually got a really good deal this time round though, and I didn’t regret my stay 😊.

There are two main things that I didn't like about my stay. Firstly, the walls were too thin, and as a result, I could hear the cleaners' steps when they came to clean in the morning. Moreover, I was unlucky enough to have a very noisy neighbor, and that made the issue even worse. Secondly, although it didn't annoy me too much, I should mention the room service. To order room service, you need to dial an external number, which is free of charge. However, if you are in a hurry, this process may not be efficient. But this is a minor issue compared to the thin walls.

The location is incredibly convenient as it is situated in the heart of the city, very close to the main shopping street Gran Via and the main plaza del sol, while also being tucked away in a quiet side street away from the hustle and bustle. The location was absolutely perfect, and the staff, especially Anna, were exceptional. The service provided was fantastic.

You can't shut the curtains properly and as we had view on the glass roof, the green light at night was very annoying Could hear the music play downstairs in the breakfast room from our room which was quite annoying too

Pillows were not ideal, but I appreciate that, is just my opinion. Room layout meant you couldn't get to the bathroom if the wardrobe was in use and the remote control for the tele didn't work. Sound travelled, and this is not a soundproof room. There were a lot of telephones and alarms to be heard in addition to people's conversations.

Location was great, hotel lobby felt luxurious and high end. Staff were lovely and did not feel like a budget stay. Bathroom was big and facilities in the room good.

Breakfast offering was adequate but nothing very inspiring. Dining room appeared to be understaffed at breakfast; no greeting and no engagement whatsoever. Bar staff was bordering on rude with clearly no interest in delivering a service the hotel's guests. A tapas menu was available at the bar but we failed to get any service here.

The reception staff were great. We enjoyed a large well appointed room and big comfortable bed. The hotel, being located on a side street, was very quiet. This is a superbly located hotel to visit the major attractions of Madrid on foot.

shower did not have good water pressure, and shower screen was slightly too short and water was leaking on the floor. Cooked breakfast was cold. Lifts are very small.

The main reason we chosen this hotel was the fact that the bedrooms have wooden floors, no carpet! The whole hotel was very clean, smelled very nice and staff was very polite and helpful. The room had a mini fridge and coffee making facility, plenty of storage in a wardrobe. Hotel staff made extra effort for my sister birthday and left a surprise card with chocolates and balloons in the room..There is an air con but we could not turn it down, we opened the window without any restriction, and had fresh air. The TV volume is automatically preset and won't go over volume of 14, which is helpful to maintain noise, but not if you struggle with your hearing. Overall it is a good hotel that is trying to provide relaxing environment for all, the website photos are justified and provide true picture of the hotel.

The heating in the room is hard to adjust it was a bit too warm
