We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomLocation isn't great, there were no restaurants/bars around, the only closest one was closed. It didn't help that all restaurants in the hotel were closed, only the buffet was available. Understandable considering it wasn't peak season, but still, there were no other options around so it was a bit restricted.

I loved everything about this hotel. My husband and I spent our 50th wedding anniversary there and they gave us an upgrade and sent champagne and deserts to our room. Beautiful hotel, great breakfast and wonderful staff. I can highly recommend.

Germanywell, restaurant wise, that evening just the Japanese restaurant open , or buffet. we do not like buffet food, so we went for the Japanese, which was a mistake. Bar area is nice and welcoming , nice staff, just the fact that they have a bar menu but do not know the cocktails they offer makes it a little disappointing but not a big issue , a beer is always possible :)
