Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SpainAttic room with skylight window. Very tired decor. No soundproofing, so it's extremely noisy through the night.

SpainAll I can say is that I strongly advise people not to have the breakfast! Last time I didn't like the dirty cutlery and crockery. Better this time. However If you like toast that takes ages to toast OK! No fresh items like croissants. Just one stale bread roll.Cheap sickly sweet juice served in coffee cups as they had no glasses. Coffee from a machine. Not very hot and the white coffee selection came out black !Almost all the cheese and meat already gone by 8am and didn't look fresh. Oh dear, I gave some fairy direct feedback at the reception on the way out!
My second one night stay this month. This time the room and view were so much better.

SpainI am a regular at this hotel. Multiple one night stops. I love the place. However, sadly their standards are slipping. Rooms are tired. Bathroom tiny and to be honest not that clean to closer inspection. Worst of all though was the breakfast. Cutlery and crockery sadly filthy. Food and drink not great. On this occasion there was a mix up with my booking though after polite discussion I got the room with a view that I had booked! What a shame. Won't stop me going back yet though!
Location. Pay the extra €20 and get a spectacular view over the Castillo and up to the Pyrenees. You also get a VERY small balcony with one chair.

SpainToo much colors in the room (decoration) and a little bit old-fashioned.
We stayed in Presidential Suite. It was a big room with jacuzzi. Everything was ok. The breakfast was good too. They allowed us to keep our suitcases there, after checking-out. The location was very good, in front of the Ciudadela of Jaca

United KingdomThe rooms are extremely old, and they smell like so. My friends room for 4 people was extremely small, packed with 4 small beds and no space, with windows looking to an inside stairs full of pigeons.... I had the presidential suit, which smell rancid, bed sheets and covers were super old, there was an old bike in the middle of the room for what they call "having a gym"... The cleaners knocked on our door, and even opened it, at 10am and again at 11.30am waking us up, when out check out time was not until 12pm. When I complaint in reception they just didn't care. Would not repeat and wouldn't recommend.

United KingdomNo parking at all, although we did know this when we booked, we arrived on a Sunday afternoon and struggled to park, eventually found a car park about 10 min walk away, reception was dull, bad atmosphere from person at the desk, rooms were OK but not 100% clean (still coffee stains from previous guest on side table) room we had was directly above street bins which were emptied during the night so apart from being very noisy it was also smelly, to top off our experience the breakfast was appalling, fly covered cold meats, warm orange juice, and rank coffee, and the individual in the breakfast room was expressionless, we opted to to depart asap, and no one on reception when we checked out! Worst booking.com experience ever for me. My advice Don't Bother!
Location was OK if you need to be close to the centre of town

United States of AmericaThe hotel does not have AC, and the day that I arrived was one of the hottest days in the history of North Aragon. I was extremely overheated from my trip, and the only way that I could cool off was to take two cold showers that night. The young woman receptionist that night was unable to help me change my reservation.
The hotel has a very good location and it's breakfast was very good, and very good value, as is the room rate. I liked that the room had a mini bar. The young man who was the receptionist the morning that I left was extremely helpful and efficient in changing my date of departure. I really appreciated his efficiency and helpfulness. The shower was good.

SpainThe only window in my room was to a very narrow, dark light shaft, so there was no view. A bit like a prison cell. I was not advised either at the time of the reservation or when I checked in that the room would be claustrophobic in this way. The room smelled of years of stale air freshener and I could hear everything in the room next door. I was told that no other rooms were available. It was an awful experience and though I'd booked for two nights I left at 7.30am after one night and went back to Barcelona. A ruined weekend.
Nothing apart from the location. The old town of Jaca is very attractive. The new parts are not...
