Dinner could be nicer, staff at dinner was a bit less attentive then other staff :-( A bit difficult for taxis and luggage to get to the house... Pool on the rooftop terrace was unfortunately neither warm nor clean...

Amazing location, very friendly and helpful staff - will be back! Roof top garden/terrasse was very nice, but sometimes occupied by external visitors...

we had dinner in the restaurant the first evening which was disappointing. The fixed price menu included wine but the waitress was reluctant to serve me a second glass.

the location was great, very close to the Cathedral and only a short walk from the Ramblas. also the staff were super helpful, particularly Thomas on reception.

Every single person on the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of (shout out to Thomas!). The room was perfect, and the beds were super comfortable. Also loved the location and the vibe. Enjoyed the bar, and it's easy to walk from the hotel to so many sites and great restaurants.

The staff is what made this boutique hotel so exceptional. Room was very nice but the desk staff spent so much time with us explaining where to go and what to do. Made the trip so much easier. And the location was perfect. We walked almost every where.

The hotel is charming, old stone walls, lovely interiors, bathrooms were fab, outside area with a courtyard would be lovely in good weather (we were there middle of November). They also had a small but lovely roof garden where you could have bar service and a small pool. Not good for swimming but for a cool dip in better weather.

It was a little difficult to open the door to the apartment we found. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and a little saggy in the middle. We visited the pool on the apartment side and we didn't go in as it was a little dirty.

The stay was great, food was also very good from the restaurant, location was great and the room was also nice! The main bed was very comfortable and large.

The dining area and bar was far too dark, though out the whole day and evening. I know there was mood lightning but for breakfast you needed a table light and at dinner we had to use phones to light up menu.

We stayed at Hotel Neri for our Honeymoon and it was perfect. It’s tastefully decorated and right in the middle of the gothic quarter. The staff was incredible and helped us get tickets to sites and museums, find a bar to watch the women’s World Cup final at, and make dinner reservations during our stay. They gave us great recommendations for what to do and where to eat. Everyone was so kind and helpful. we would absolutely recommend!

The hotel staff were fantastic, really helpful and friendly especially the front desk and Thomas the doorman who was fun and knowledgeable about the city. The hotel is in the gothic quarter which is very atmospheric and it is easy to access transport to other areas to see the sites. There are lots of fantastic little tapas restaurants within walking distance too. We particularly liked the hotel decor.
