Quadruple Room not the biggest but may be due to the premium location of the hotel.

The location is excellent with major attractions in walking distance and restaurants close by. Staff (Carlos) was very good in accommodating small requests and guiding us around. Breakfast was good and good seating. Our room was not facing the main street so not noisy. Bunk beds for kids were okay as well.

The price was quite high, maybe this is normal in Madrid, but it is of some concern.

The location is fantastic, smack in the centre of Madrid, close to Plaza Royal. The room was quite OK.

A bit too hectic at times,the hotel is quite small and reception is usually very busy, but staff are always very helpful and happy to help.

There was nothing not to like, but the lift could do with some maintenance.

The staff, especially Nadia, was wonderful. The breakfasts were varied and abundant in choice. The location was just perfect, comfortable walking distance to most places of interest.

Amazing breakfast with great range of foods including gf and vegan options. Rooms clean, really comfy beds and the staff were really nice and super helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

No iron or steamer in the rooms. Was a bit of an annoyance having to go down to the lobby every time it was needed.

Nothing, it was great!

The property was really clean, comfortable and well looked after. It was in a great location with easy access to everything in Madrid. The staff were really friendly and helpful; on our first day they gave us a map and showed us the best places to go to in Madrid, as well as let us know what local events were on.

Room was a bit old/unclean. Especially the chair was really gross with a lot of stains. Didn´t like to put any clothes there.

Breakfast was very nice. And really nice with the fresh orange juice - you don´t see that a lot anymore. There were everything you would need. Only thing was that all the muffins/cakes didn´t taste that great.. Maybe only have 1-2 types of cakes and then pick som really fresh and nice one instead of offer 4 different kinds.

It felt a bit hot in the room and the AC is unfortunately very old, not keeping the room coo. When we first checked in it was hard to breathe in the room, the air was heavy and humid. Only after turning the AC for the whole night and keeping it on the whole next day when we were away the air was better. However nowhere near even cool, so get ready to feel the Madrid summer. At the same time, we do not fully blame the hotel for it because there was a heatwave of 35 Celsius for many weeks before we visited and after we left so probably the system just doesn't keep up with the climate change.

The location is absolutely top-notch. It's close to everywhere where tourists want to be. Breakfast was nice, standard choice of sweet and savoury meals. The bathroom in our room was high standard and very clean.

Perfect for a short stay in Madrid. Functional and comfortable rooms, no great luxuries but everything we needed, clean and modern. Excellent location and very attentive and professional staff.
